Perfect Failure

Chapter 2

Him

I stood up and bolted for you, kicking up the pieces of the picture as I ran. I found you, just about to go into the Mansion. "Naminé! Naminé, wait!" I reached forward and grabbed your wrist.

You spun around on your heel.

Her

"No, Roxas!" I shouted. "It's too late, Mr. I'm-too-tired! What kind of excuse is that anyway? I surprised I even fell for it!" I wrenched my hand free of your grip, and ran into the Mansion. I was aware that you were following me.

I went upstairs, to the white room. I picked up a vase and threw it at the window, shattering it.

The broken glass flew everywhere, cutting me and staining the white floor red.

Him

I watched throw a vase at the window, and I realized your intentions. "Naminé! Please, wait!"

You turned slowly to face me. "No, Roxas. At least, one good thing will come of this. I will be free of you and the pain you put me through, forever."

Her

I turned to face the window.

"Naminé! Stop this! You'll die!"

I turned to reveal my tear-stained face one last time. "I know, Roxas."

I jumped.

Him

I let out a cry as you fell from the window. A sickening thud was heard.

I raced over to the window, then ran downstairs and out the front door. "Naminé!"

Your blonde hair was fanned out behind you, and your right arm crossed over your left. Your normally white dress was stained with red, your own blood. You were lying in a pool of it.

But the most noticeable thing about you, Naminé, was the smile on your face.

Dramatic...

Angsty...

Lovely.
