Inuyasha yelped again as a solid broom came down on his head as he tried to edge away from his attacker. It had all started out as a routine visit to a village on their trek to find the jewel shards. It was like any other village. The village folk were always wary of their group since he was a half demon, but now that Sesshoumaru was also traveling with them the villagers were a bit more hostile. Initially Inuyasha had been intending this to be his revenge on Sesshoumaru for the pumpkin carving incident, but it didn't go as planned. Inuyasha sulked as the angry village woman continued swinging at him in retaliation for him carving 'Sesshoumaru was here' into the side of her hut.
