Walking up to number 4 privet drive Harry was pleased to see that his relatives weren't home. Quietly taking the spare key out from under a particularly ugly gnome then opening the front door Harry slipped into the eerie quiet of 4 Privet Drive.
Spotting a note sitting on the stairs Harry quickly opened it up to find that his aunt and uncle had been home already and that they were staying in London with Marge until Dudley went of too Boarding school. Underneath the note was an enormous list of chores for Harry to do.
Rolling his eyes shoved the note in his pocket and carried his case upstairs to Dudley's second bedroom. Quickly setting his new trunk down Harry opened it allowing his baby phoenix to blink sleepily up at him before climbing up the offered hand and nestling into Harry's neck.
Closing the compartment Harry laid the trunk down in front of him and wondered where to start. With a pop, the Trunk swung open revealing lots of little box draws with tags such as potions equipment, Potions ingredients, school books, personal library etc.
A thick letter addressed to Harry lay on top of the boxes. Opening the Letter Harry admired the quality of the parchment and the vivid green ink. Once Harry had pulled out the thick pile of parchment he took a deep breath hoping that the letter was from his parents as he hoped.
The Letter read
Dear Harrison James Sirius Potterius-Black my beautiful son,
If you are reading this then I am dead.
My name is/was James Fleamont Potter. I am writing this letter so that you know everything you need to know before going to Hogwarts. The first thing we have to cover is that you technically have three parents due to a blood adoption. Besides myself, there is your mother Serena Prince your mother and your godfather Sirius Black who blood adopted you
Your mother was the half-sister of Severus Snape but shortly after your birth, she died in suspicious circumstances. Nothing was proved but I suspect that she was murdered by the light side. Next is your blood adopted father and godfather Sirius Black he is the current heir of the Black Family
Now that you know the basics of your family, I will explain the confusion the wizarding worlds have with your parentage during Hogwarts I developed a crush on this muggleborn called Lily Evan's. Lily Evans and myself even dated for a couple of months before I broke it off as she was extremely controlling and kept harping on about the evils of the dark side and how dark magic should be wiped from the earth.
After I broke things off with Lily, she became obsessed claiming that I had only broken up with her to protect her from dark wizards and stalking me in the hallways. Years later shortly before you were born Lily became pregnant and told everyone that it was my child and that we had secretly married. Despite everything me and your mother said to dispel the rumours they persisted.
Moving on to you I have left you all the books a pureblood child would be raised with for you to study and a timetable that will enable you to learn everything you need to know and the Potterius time turner (you must never mention the time turner to anyone)

Moving the letter to the side Harry uncovered a truly ginormous list of subjects and books that needed to be learnt. Bracing himself Harry followed the instructions at touched the box labelled Private Library.
As Harry touched the box he felt something hook around his abdomen before the world spun around blurring into a kaleidoscope of colours. Almost as suddenly as it started it stopped dumping Harry onto his back in a huge library.
Scrambling up Harry looked around the massive room filled with huge bookcases as far as the eye could see. The shelves were stuffed full of books and at the end of each bookcase was a silver and black chair.
Sitting on one of the chairs closest to him was a note reading the trunk has transported you and itself to the Potterius ancestral manor to return pick up the trunk and say, Orion. Steeling himself Harry thanked fate that he had an eidetic memory enabling him to learn everything twice as fast as his Father had predicted.
Spotting a book of magical names Harry decided to name his Phoenix after a few false starts where Harry tried a name out only to be ignored or gently pecked they settled on Freya.
Quickly Harry read through all the magic theory books for small children than older children, Hogwarts level and finally mastery level books. Setting the books back in their place Harry found it interesting that the main points to casting a spell weren't the words or the action but releasing a controlled amount of magic and the focus of the caster.
Next, Harry focused on culture and manners which much to his relief good manners were the same in the wizarding world. However, the wizarding world followed the same holidays as the Celts did.
Next on the list was the family Grimoires skimming thru them Harry learned everything he needed to know about the potter, black and Prince families. Such as that all three were part of the seven most ancient and most nobles houses. Giving Harry 30 votes in the Wizengamot while making him one of the most influential.
The most interesting book Harry read was the book on inheritances. At the age of 12, any witch or wizard could present themselves at Gringotts and take an inheritance test. His test would give the participant a complete family tree and check to see if they qualified for any other lordships as in the medieval era it was common for the title of the lord to come with certain conditions.
Satisfied that he had learnt everything he had needed to and he hadn't even needed to use the time-turner Hadrian picked up the trunk and said, "Orion"
After being dumped back in Dudley's second bedroom Harry checked the date and was pleased to see that tomorrow he would be heading off to Hogwarts. Quickly climbing into the creaky old bed Harry drifted off to sleep.
The next morning Harry climbed out of bed at 5 am then quickly got dressed in some of his new wizarding clothing that could pass for normal clothing. Checking himself out in the mirror Harry was pleased to see that he looked sleek and stylish.
After walking down to the train station and taking the train to London Kings Cross Harry made his way to platform nine as Harry arrived at the barrier between Platform 9 and 10 he spotted a large family of redheads talking loudly about where the platform is and about muggles.
Slipping into the crowds so that the family couldn't see them Harry watched the family. It immediately became clear that the youngest two and the mother were looking around expectantly like they were trying to spot someone.
while the oldest to children and the father while looking around Kings cross curiously but generally seemed a bit confused as to why they were here. Eventually, the family arrived at the barrier and to Harry's surprise, the eldest three children began running through the wall.
After the eldest had gone through the wall the mother began making a song and dance about her youngest children going off to Hogwarts and to remember to close their eyes when they passed through the barrier.
This continued on for a few minutes until the Father forced them to go through the barrier. Waiting a few moments to ensure that the family weren't on the other side of the barrier harry then slipped through and onto platform 9 and three quarters.
Gazing around the platform in awe Harry quickly boarded the train and slid into one of the private compartments at the front of the train reserved for members of the Most Ancient and Most Noble houses.
As the Train set of Harry watched as the redheaded boy walked up and down the train declaring that everyone must respect him as he was going to be friends with Harry Potter and if they didn't respect him then he would make them pay.
Snorting in disbelief Harry resolved to avoid the nasty boy at all costs and was relieved that as the only member of a Most Ancient and Most noble House he didn't have to worry about anyone letting the boy in.
