Summary: Shawn accused for something that he didn't do. Will his friend help him? Or at least believe him?

When the examiner for DNA is over Detective Lassiter took the results ad with a quick movement he open the file ad he saw Shawn Spencer's photo ad his going to find him.

He first goes to Psych office and he finds him there parking Gus's car and in hurry heading inside the office but the loud sound stopped him and that sound was Lassiter's voice says "Don't move! Hands in the air! Spencer you are under arrest for the murder of Mr. McMillan!" Shawn obeyed in these words and turned around just to see Lassie point him with a gun.

Present:

"Well Spencer, would you mind tell us why you did it?" Lassiter said angrily to Shawn and Shawn answered almost immediately: "Lassie I didn't do it!"

"Oh…Then Can you prove it? If you can I would love to see how!" and with that he smiled a little at Shawn, Shawn did the same at Lassiter ad Said "Actually, I can...", "How?" Shawn told him to bring Gus as a witness and so he did. Lassiter took Gus in the interrogation room B.

In interrogation room A Shawn and Jules are talking."Jules please believe I didn't kill anyone and I won't either." Shawn told his lovely girlfriend "Well Shawn, Just for the records, I believe you are innocent.", "Thanks Jules but I believe Lassie would do anything to see me behind the bars so he will find a way to..." Jules interrupt him ad says "Don't worry Shaw I'll talk to Carlton okay? ", "Jules you are amazing I owe you forever" he reply at her and she said, "Of course you owe me. Well I'm going to see how it's going with Carlton and Gus", "Big Fat Kisses", "Big Fat Kisses. Bye Shawn" She left the room and locked Shawn I there.

In interrogation room B Lassiter and Gus are talking "Well Guster you know how much in trouble Spencer is right?" Lassiter asked Gus with his serious voice and Gus of course answered: "Yes, I do!", "Well then do you have evidence to prove his innocence? If you don't then you are wasting mine and police's time…" Gus said to the angry now detective: "Yes, I do! Well the last two days we were the whole time together, we slept together too, well not I the same bed just the same room. So Shawn could not have done it." Gus said with his usual emotions…

Lassiter asked: "Well can you prove it?" and he waited for Gus's answered!

Gus's answer was "Actually I can" and Lassiter without losing time he asked once again "How?"

"Well very recently Shawn and I decided that we have to secure the Psych office so we bought cameras…" And with that both of them went to the Psych office.

"So where is the video from the murder night?" Lassiter asked ad Gus answered quickly: "Over here." And put the video to play. When the video ended, Lassie took his phone and dialed Detective O'Hara. "O'Hara, I want you to go with two officers of us and put Spencer behind bars for about five hours or so" Lassiter half-ordered O'Hara…
