Sonic charged into the room at the top of the giant fortress. Egg-Man turned and looked at him "Aha! Sonic! Nice to see you again, now I can test out my new creation!"
He gestured to a tube over in the right, holding a silver hedgehog who looked surprisingly like Sonic. Suddenly the tube opened and the silver hedgehog stepped out. It looked at its hands and said "Nazo." Egg-Man turned toward the Silver hedgehog. "Yes! Very good! You're name is Nazo! Now destroy the blue hedgehog." Nazo turned his attention to Egg-Man. "no-one tells me what to do." Sonic looked around, and saw a silhouette of a female cat. Suddenly he heard a bang and his attention was drawn back to Egg-Man, only Egg-Man was gone. Nazo turned to face Sonic and said "I will kill you." Then he disappeared. Suddenly, Sonics friends ran inside. "What happened? We heard a bang" said Silver.
After Sonic told his friends all about Nazo, Egg-Mans death, and the mysterious shadow everyone had suggestions and ideas. "Wow… Egg-Mans dead?" knuckles asked. "we don't know that for sure." Replied Tails. Strangely Silver was quiet. "Do- do you think that shadow could have been blaze?" Silver choked out. Silence filled the room. Suddenly Amy ran in. "HOW DARE YOU LEAVE ME LIKE THAT, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG!!!!!!" She yelled. For a moment Sonic was silent and then he screamed
