Chapter 2

A/N: Sorry! I haven't had my computer for a while due to it being holidays and having to travel.

I will try and make my chapters a bit longer, as typed the last one out on my phone XD

Margo's POV

I walked down the corridors quietly, my feet touching the ground so softly it was barely touching it at all. Gru had told me go to the Assembly Hall for an orientation for children moving up into the middle school. I rounded the corner and saw the massive hall towering above her and the murmuring of voices coming from within it.

I pushed the glass door open and scurried towards a curly brown hair. Her hair was highlighted blonde at the front and she was in a argument with a blonde girl with sparkling blue eyes.

As I neared them I began to hear what they were saying,

"What's your problem, Frederica? You've always held a grudge on me, ever since a few years ago!" the Blonde girl spat in a high, girly Canadian accent.

"You abandoned me, Remember?" Frederica muttered while the Blonde girl merely shrugged, " Then you completely forgot you ever did it! How could you?"

"Well, it's a good thing I gave away your friendship because look what's happened to you now" The blonde girl shrieked attracting the attention of many teachers.

Frederica lunged at her and teachers rushed over.

By now I had edged away from them and sat down. But even from this far away I could hear the teacher's yelling.

"Frederica, come to me at break with Imogen and go sit down next to that girl" she bellowed, pointing her finger at me, " And you, Imogen sit yourself next to Ms Harris."

I gulped as Frederica trudged over to me.

"Hello, what's your name?" I introduced quietly

"Freddie, and you must be Margo, your the only new kid in my class," Freddie replied, a cheeky grin plastered on her face.

"Yeah. What was that about?" I said, tilting my head towards Imogen.

"Oh, me and Immy," Freddie said Imogen's nickname mockingly before continuing, "She used to be my best friend then she betrayed me. It doesn't matter anymore I guess. These orientations are always boring, I though I'd lighten it up with an argument."

And that was when I made my first friend.
