Lex woke up in a daze. "God, where am I?"

This place was certainly not his home! For one thing, it looked like Little Bo Peep had exploded; everything was covered in pink lace and bows. Secondly, the area of the room was covered with giant stuffed animals and Madame Alexander dolls. It looked like a little girl's fantasy bedroom, except for the fact that it was dead quiet. Lex attempted to stretch out and yawn before exploring the place, but soon realized that he couldn't move! "What the- why the heck am I wrapped in a bow?! A pink bow!"

This was plain embarrassing! He was about to unleash some serious rage when the door of the bedroom creaked open, revealing a handsomely dressed man and a round, pleasant faced woman. The woman smiled in a friendly way and asked,"How are you sweetie? My, my, I've certainly been looking forward to meeting you!"

She tried to pat his head, but Lex scooted away from her. The woman looked a little upset, but didn't say anything. Lex, still annoyed and confused, asked," What's going on?! I shouldn't be here!"

The well dressed male, all but forgotten, spoke for the first time."Oh yes you should! You're here for my daughter's birthday. She's been feeling quite alone lately, so I thought she could use a little playmate. And it's not as if I could go out and catch a child..."

"What?!So you took me from my home to play with your kid?!"

The man laughed somewhat evilly. "My dear beast, you're simply not here to play, that would imply that you could leave. No. You'll remain here as our guest as long as Esther doesn't tire of you. Now come along, shall we? Mustn't keep the birthday girl waiting!"

That was the last straw! Lexington's eyes glowed white as he was about to unleash his full fury. The woman uttered a cry of,"Glory, gracious me!", as the man called a large guard to his side. The guard shot something into his neck before deftly picking up the nearly unconscious gargoyle into another room of the house.
