The international statue of secrecy was like someone doing acrobatics or juggling, if it all went right, then it would be a spectacular show and no one would be none the wiser, but do something wrong, and it all falls apart. In this case, one country breaks the statute and the whole world drops to pieces because everyone will know, with technology, the magical world can't hide. Some countries choose to persecute the wizards (religious countries) whereas others embrace it, and accept the help that the wizards bring.

In the aftermath of President Flight's announcement, The International Confederation of Wizards was officially being merged into the United Nations. Each country would have two representatives, one from the magical world, one from the mundane. Sentient beings such as goblins or the Fae, would each have a seat at the United Nations, to air their grievances.

The Magical Congress of the United States of America was disbanded on the authority of the President of the Mundane USA and merged with Congress and the house of representatives, with President Flight, removed from his position until fresh election could be held across the country for a new president to be elected that represented both the magical and the mundane

Meanwhile across the pond in the United Kingdom, the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Overseas Territories, Crown Dependencies and other dominions across the seas was facing civil war. She had to disband the government, houses of parliament, alongside the Wizengamot and the ministry for magic. The magicals in the UK had let a lot of their prejudices go, but they still did not see mundanes as superior to them in any way, or let themselves be ruled by one. They were constantly launching attacks on the crown and the kingdom, killing innocent mundanes.

The government did not do much better either, they tried rounding up wizards and experimenting on them. Putting them in labor camps and sometimes killing them. Until further notice, the Queen would be imposing direct rule on each of her lands, by the grace of God and of the ancient magics given to her by the crown, the orb, and the scepter passed down through generations of monarchs given to them by Merlin himself.

Across Europe similar scenes were occurring, with monarchies taking charge once again, Germany completely split into the old kingdoms, while France was struggling to hold everything together. Meanwhile, in Italy, the Vatican had launched a crusade against the magical world, trying to slaughter as many of them as possible, even if this was seen internationally in a bad light

In Africa, they were prospering since the magical world was revealed, the magicals helped the Africans unleash themselves from the grip of the colonial past and harnessing their natural resources to boost international trade. Solving world problems such as a Hunger or lack of water.

While the middle east has been at war for some time, it seems that countries had managed to agree on a tenuous peace, so that they could rebuild their countries and economies

Asia was crumbling, for years they had prided themselves on secrecy. Russia & China, two of the big countries, that try and make sure that no information, that they don't want to be released, will not get released. Well, that doesn't work anymore, not now that the magical world is involved. No more secrets, no more lies.

Oceania was not much affected; the governments were well aware of magic beforehand and tried to integrate as much as possible

South America, much like Africa was prospering, with the magical world helping with problems that the world needed solving.

Schooling was another big thing that changed during the changeover. Hogwarts was brought under the control of the Department of Education and thoroughly overhauled. Minerva McGonagall was having a tough time, implementing all the changes required by the Queen to bring the children's education up to scratch, while providing enough information about magical subjects and courses, that the government could understand them. New courses were added, useless courses removed. House system revamped, teachers sacked. There was an endless amount of changes. On top of that, the Queen had decided to go ahead and let the Mundane Universities open a magical portion to their schools, only if the dean of the said school was magical. This had given Hogwarts greater competition and challenged their status as the best secondary and tertiary magical education around.

Lady Liberty, Freedom & Justice are important to any society, none more than America. America was undergoing a lot of changes since the magical world was integrated, but the ex-president Flight was still loving every minute and had increased his fame and fortune around the country. Some people hated him of course for what he did, but many more loved him. In fact, he was polling as the favorite to take the presidency in the upcoming election, and he was an independent by mundane standards, which made him even more different.

"I promise you all now, we will all work together, we will make this country this best in the eyes of the world. I have already fulfilled one promise; do you doubt me to fulfill others?" Asked Mr. Flight to the assembled crowd

"NOOO," said a chorus of voices

"Then let us work together, Magic is Might, and we will help one another, we will help thy neighbor, help solve the world's problems, we will show everyone, just how much magic can do, we will show them our sports, while we join them at their sports" Said, Mr. Flight

Another chorus of cheers happened this time, which lasted a few minutes before they settled down. Mr. Flight finished off the speech with a message to all the magical races

"And I finally call upon the magical races, here within the USA and abroad. You will have a say in this country if you live here, because you are our citizens, we will protect you, we will hear your voices and speak on behalf of you. So, I say to the goblins, the vampires, the werewolves, fae, sirens, elves and countless others. Vote me to be President Flight once again. GOD BLESS AMERICA" Announced Mr. Flight
