"You're kidding me right?" Kowalski asked. "What's so wrong with Clover being here guys? We're good friends." Skipper said. It was now ten o'clock pm. The penguins were sleeping in their bunks. Clover was sleeping in a sleeping bag. Kowalski was on the top bunk, Rico was on the bunk under Kowalski, Private was on the bunk under Rico, and Skipper was on the bottom. He wanted to be next to Clover. Kowalski, Rico, and Private woke up. "I don't like this. Clover is a lemur just like Julien. She's probably up to something." Kowalski said.
"Do you think she's on Dr. Blowhole's side?" Private said. "Maybe. Rico, keep an eye on Clover." Kowalski said. "Yep." Rico said. Skipper was thinking about Clover and Clover was thinking about Skipper. "Do you think they're in love?" Kowalski asked. "No. That can't be." Private said.
Skipper was having a dream about Clover. The two of them were hanging out. It was like a date. "So Clover, isn't this great. I never knew that a penguin can be friends with a lemur until now." Skipper said. Clover smiled and kissed Skipper. In reality, Skipper was kissing his wing. Kowalski, Rico, and Private gasped. "They are in love! Crikey!" Private screamed. "Private, relax." Kowalski said. Skipper woke up. "Guys, what are you doing up?" Skipper asked.
The others hesitated. "No reason!" Kowalski yelled and then he, Rico, and Private fell asleep. "Okay." Skipper said and he went back to sleep. The next day, Skipper and Clover were gone. They were hanging out in a secret area at the Zoo. "So what else can we talk about?" Clover asked. Skipper cleared his throat. "Well we can train together. We both are very good fighters." Skipper said. "Good idea." Clover said. Clover and Skipper were in a battle pose and they started to train.
Kowalski, Rico, and Private woke up and they didn't see Skipper. "Crikey!" Private screamed. "What? What is it?" Kowalski asked. "Skipper's gone! Clover must have done something." Private said. "No. Of course not, but we better find Skipper." Kowalski said. Rico nodded. Kowalski, Rico, and Private left the Penguin HQ.
Skipper and Clover were still training. Skipper fell on the floor. "Wow. You're strong." He said. Kowalski gasped. "Did you see that!? Skipper!" Kowalski yelled. "Are you alright?" Private asked. "I'm fine." Skipper said. "You're on the floor." Rico said. "Clover and I were just hanging out." Skipper said. "No. She knocked you down on the floor. She's not a friend Skipper." Kowalski said. "I am too." Clover said. She looked like she was going to beat up Kowalski, Rico, and Private.
"Oh dear. I'm scared." Private said. "It's alright Private." Kowalski said. "You listen to me penguins. I wasn't trying to hurt Skipper!" Clover yelled. Skipper got up from the floor. "Okay, calm down. Let's not get angry at my team." Skipper said. Clover growled. "Clover, calm down." Skipper said. "Okay. I don't you near Skipper right now. Let's go!" Clover yelled and she grabbed Skipper. "Whoa!" Skipper yelled. "It's like she's trying to protect Skipper." Private said. "Maybe she thinks that we're his enemies." Kowalski said. "Yep." Rico said. "We've got to keep an eye on her." Kowalski said.
Clover and Skipper were hiding in a trash can. "Ugh. Seriously? Why are we in here?" Skipper asked. "Because we can't have privacy. Your brothers are in the way." Clover said. "Whoa. My team is not in the way. We always stick together." Skipper said. "Oh." Clover said. "So tell me more about the lemurs at Madagascar." Skipper said. "Sure. Well mainly everyone is stupid except for me, Maurice, and the king's uncle." Clover said. "Oh. I think you told me. So what is this uncle like?" Skipper asked. "He's rude, dishonest, obnoxious, evil, lazy, funny, sarcastic, deceiving, selfish, vain, cowardly and idiotic." Clover said. "Wow. Very negative. Minus the word funny." Skipper said.
"Yeah." Clover said. "What did he do when he was the king?" Skipper asked. "The entire kingdom was silent so the Fossa doesn't attack." Clover said. "Is it Fossa or Fossas?" Skipper asked. "Fossa. Fossas is not a word." Clover said. "Got it. All I need now is Kowalski getting angry if I use the wrong word." Skipper said. "What?" Clover asked. "He has a grammar pet peeve. Everyone use correct English or he will go crazy." Skipper said. "Oh." Clover said. "Now what is a Fossa?" Skipper asked. "They're medium-sized weasel-like felines and they speak gibberish." Clover said. "Kind of like Rico, but we're teaching him how to speak." Skipper said.
"Skipper, I told you about the lemurs. Now I want to know about your brothers." Clover said. "Okay. Kowalski is my lieutenant. He's the smartest of the team and he has a crush on Doris the dolphin." Skipper said. "A dolphin?" Clover asked. "Yes. He is also a nerd, but he's a meaningful and valued member of my team." Skipper said. "Nice. What about Rico?" Clover asked. "Rico is the head of demolition. Rico usually babbles and mumbles rather than speaking actual words." Skipper said. "But we are trying to teach him how to speak."
"Good. Anything else?" Clover asked. "He loves blowing things up, I've got to keep an eye on him. I don't want him getting hurt. He's also a meaningful and valued member of my team." Skipper said. "Nice and how about Private?" Clover asked. "Private, he's the most inexperienced member of my team. He's also the youngest and he wants to be a meaningful and valued member of my team." Skipper said. "Is he?" Clover asked. "Yes, but he needs a lot training." Skipper said. "What is Private's job?" Clover asked. "He used to be secretary/mascot, but we found out that he's the cute one. I have to protect him." Skipper said. "Aw." Clover said. "You're a great brother."
"Thanks." Skipper said. Then Skipper gasped. "Wouldn't Ringtail freak out if he finds out that you're gone?" Skipper asked. "He probably is." Clover said.
Meanwhile, back in Madagascar, there was a party. "Yes! Without Clover ruining the fun, we get to have a party!" Julien yelled. "This is fun." Maurice said. "And you were against this." Julien said. "Okay. I was wrong." Maurice said. "Oh so wrong." Mort said. Then he gasped. "The feet!" Mort yelled. He ran over to Julien's feet. Julien screamed. "Not the feet!" Julien yelled.
"I should probably get back soon." Clover said. Then she had an idea. "Or you can come with me for one day." Clover said. Skipper gasped. "Uh...I don't know, but what can happen?" Skipper asked. "Okay. Tell your brothers and meet me by the entrance." Clover said. "Okay." Skipper said.
"You're going to Madagascar?" Kowalski asked. Skipper nodded. "Just for one day. Kowalski, you are in charge of the team." Skipper said. "Alright." Kowalski said. Private ran over to Skipper and hugged him. "I'll miss you Skipper." Private said. "I'll miss you too Private, but I'll be back tomorrow." Skipper said. Kowalski, Rico, and Private saluted to Skipper and Skipper left. "Let's go to Madagascar." Clover said. Skipper and Clover took the private jet and they went to Madagascar.
