The two boys stare at each other, both of them too stunned to do anything. Then Tadashi takes a couple of steps forward. When Hiro rushes over to him, he kneels down to catch his little brother in a bear hug. Hiro hugs back with equal enthusiasm. Tadashi holds Hiro as close as he can, not even trying to make sense of what is happening. Hiro is unable to hold back a few tears of joy.

"Tadashi," he whispers.

"I got you," his older brother answers.

After a moment, Tadashi pulls away a little to get a better look at his baby brother. Hiro does the same.

"I thought you were dead," they say at the same time, resulting in both of them being confused.

"Huh?" Tadashi asks.

Hiro answers skeptically, "Expo building caught fire? You ran in to save Callaghan? Remember?"

Tadashi shakes his head slowly.

"No…when we were about ready to leave you had to go back for something and were trapped inside."

Hiro sits back and crosses his legs, thinking hard. Then a look of realization crosses his face and he slaps his forehead.

"The portal! We are from alternate universes! Everything is exactly the same except for one major difference: who survived the fire!"

Tadashi raises an eyebrow. "Then what is your story, bonehead?"

"I have never been so happy to have you call me that," he grins.

Tadashi can't help but return the smile.

"Ok," Hiro sits up, "what happened is that when my presentation was over, you told Aunt Cass that we would catch up. Basically you just wanted to personally welcome me to nerd school." Tadashi laughs. Hiro rolls his eyes.

"Anyway, then an alarm sounds and we run to see what is going on. The building the showcase was in was blazing. Someone running out of the building said that Professor Callaghan was still in there. You run in to help him. Then the building explodes…" Hiro trails off, his voice shaking.

Tadashi reaches over and squeezes Hiro's shoulder, earning a look of appreciation. Tadashi takes a deep breath.

"Here's how my story goes. We are all on our way to the café when you say that you forgot something, so you hurry back to grab it. After a few minutes, the alarm goes off. We all run to see the building on fire. I actually did try to run into the building to search for you, but everyone held me back. You were trapped inside," he ends in a whisper.

The two brothers sit in silence for a minute, contemplating the other's situation. Finally, Hiro breaks the silence.

"Well, a few weeks later, I accidentally activated Baymax."

"Which leads me to discover your microbot," Tadashi responds.

Hiro nods. "Baymax decides to follow it, nearly causing a dozen wrecks,"

"Leading to the warehouse,"

"And the man in the mask. Baymax was so slow!" Hiro grumbles.

Rolling his eyes, Tadashi responds, "Tell me about it."

Standing, Hiro rants, "Then that police officer thinks I'm crazy."

"Then Baymax gets low on battery, not helping the situation," Tadashi gripes as he stands as well.

"When he's charged he tries to comfort me, leading me to face reality."

"Helping me discover that the fire wasn't an accident."

"So I upgrade Baymax to go after the man in the mask," Hiro admits as he begins pacing.

"Car chase," Tadashi points out.

"We all nearly die," says Hiro.

"Fred," they say together, grinning at their synchronization.

"Friends turned into super heroes," Hiro continues.

"Callaghan."

There is a pause. They look at each other, each being too embarrassed to tell the other how they let their emotions take control.

Tadashi clears his throat. "Aunt Cass shows me a photo album to cheer me up."

Hiro shrugs with a slight smile, "Baymax showed me some videos."

Tadashi groans, covering his eyes with a hand, then grins. Hiro grins too.

"Epic final showdown," continues Hiro.

"And rebuilt Baymax," Tadashi finishes.

By the end of the shared commentary, both boys are facing each other in awe. Then Tadashi frowns.

"Wait a sec, you built a portal?"

Hiro finds he has a sudden interest in his shoe laces.

"Maybe," he mumbles. Then he looks up. "But I have plenty of precautions in place so that there isn't a disaster."

Tadashi folds his arms and raises an eyebrow. Hiro stands up straight with a sheepish expression on his face.

"This doesn't count as a disaster."

Tadashi cocks his head and smirks.

"Uh-huh," he replies. Then he shakes his head with a smile. "Bonehead."

Hiro grins. "Nerd."
