First chapter, review please!
I will also be joined by Fang :) for reasons every fang-lover shall know! I am excited for him to be here.
Me: So Fang how do'ya like it here?
Fang: You're redoing your room. So. Girly. *grumbles loudly*
Me: *Gives death stare* You're right it is awesome.
Fang: But I said-
Me: *cuts Fang off* On to the story!
Fang POV
I stood outside the bathroom door clothes in hand. I zoned out, I thought about her. My beautiful Max! I love her but I know she doesn't love me. If only she would be mine, with Dylan out of the picture this should be easier. But it isn't! It seems harder, but I just have to tell myself, 20 seconds of pure guts and I'd have her. But that's how it always starts, my 20 starts and ends at 5 seconds. The shy guy. Who knew I'd have these problems, but come to think of it, I didn't even know I'd develop hormones. It's pathetic I know. The water to the shower cutting of brought me back to life. I tensed waiting for the adrenaline butterflies to come. The door opened followed by a thick curtain of steam. She jumped as she saw me standing there and I almost gave in again, almost.
"Fang!" She screeched. "What are you doing?"
"I-I uhm..," I stumbled. Pathetic, I know right. "I was waiting for the shower."
She relaxed. "Oh you should have just said so!"
I stood there looking at my socks for a millisecond before my 20 seconds started. "Would you want to go to the Culvers down the street with me?" I threw it out not sure if she understood me.
Now it was her turn to look down. She looked up hesitantly, before smiling. "Yeah. Cool. When?"
"Later tonight? Maybe at 6:00?"
"Yeah sure we can meet on the roof at 5:50? And well fly there together?"
I nodded. "Sounds great!"
She nodded back and walked to her room. I almost screamed in excitement! I ran into the bathroom stripping my clothes in record time. Jumping In the shower I was probably in there for an hour. Now to get ready for my date. Yeah! My date, with the amazing Maximum Ride!
