Amethyst (Misty), is the twin sister of Mammon, the mist arcobeleno. After he left she started to hate him while he left not to freak her out due to the curse. Misty is as powerful as her brother, maybe even the same? She possesses the ability to transform into a feline, how will that work out? Misty then joins the 10ths guardians as the mist guardian.

Chapter 2: One Boring Afternoon

Misty opened her eyes slowly as daylight blazed into her peripheral vision. The sounds of cheery birds singing and calling to each other reached her ears softly, like a lullaby sung by the wind. The birds sang of another beautiful, sunny day.

Misty sighed and gazed up into the clear blue sky above her head. Wisps of fluffy white floated in a sea of ocean blue. But nature's raw beauty was lost on her at the moment; Misty's head was only clouded with thoughts about tonight's battle. The rain ring battle…

Yawning, and then stretching lazily, feeling the kinks soothe away, she jumped down gracefully from Tsuna's roof where she had been lying.

Clearly, today was going to be a long day for Misty. She didn't want and didn't need training like the others. She had already trained vigorously with two other people before coming back to Japan. The first one had been someone who she despised deeply, and the second was someone she looks up to. Both were mist users, and both were powerful. Between them, she had already learned a lot more than she had hoped.

Giving the air a cursory sniff, she caught the immediate scent of fish being cooked on a stove. The delicious scent wafted teasingly through the air, beckoning her to come. Misty always loved fish, even before she was cursed to become a cat. Since then, nothing had really changed except for the fact that she was now in feline form and possessed eight more lives.

Misty padded into Tsuna's house. This was where she lived now and she had become familiar with it. Wandering into the kitchen, she was quickly greeted by Tsuna's mother who spotted her from the corner of her eye.

"Hello, dear," Tsuna's mother said with a kind smile as she turned towards the cat. "Would you like something to eat? I'm making fish."

At the sound of fish being offered, a small smile formed on Misty's cat features. She gladly accepted the yummy meal, and began to eat the delightful tasting fish.

As she was eating happily, chewing away at a piece of her food, Reborn appeared in front of her and made his presence known. He had hopped into a chair straight across from her own, wearing his usual expression. "You're just like him… but female," he murmured as his eyes stared at her, seeming to bore holes into her being.

His words immediately sparked Misty's annoyance and she shot him a venomous look. "We're nothing alike, Reborn, and let's leave it at that." Her voice simmered with her anger.

But Reborn wasn't interested in remaining quiet. He continued on stating facts, comparing Misty to her brother. "You both like the same things. You both have the same hair and eyes. You both are illusionists, and far as I remember, you both have the same kind of personality."

At those words, Misty couldn't help but laugh silently. Yes… her brother and she did have many things in common, but after he had disappeared and left everything behind, Misty had learned to become independent, fearless, cautious, and to strive to survive. In all this time, she had learned none of that from him.

She let out a small giggle, not bothering to hide how much she despised being compared to her brother. "Fine, whatever you say," she retorted flippantly.

Reborn frowned at her. He knew she didn't care about what he had just said.

Misty pushed her plate away from herself and got up from her chair. She easily leapt down and started to head out the door when Reborn spoke up. "Where are you going?"

Misty smiled. "Shopping. I left all my clothes behind."

"And where did you get money?" he asked.

She shrugged. "Every week I get money mysteriously deposited into my bank account. Bucket loads of it too."

Im so sorry, I haven't updated! Real Life came into play and i had to stop writing for a little. Though, unlike the rest of my storys, they only needed editing while this one needed new chapters. But im back and ready to write!
