I heard a knock on the door and I opened it to see what imbecile decided to call today. Surprisingly, it was the cricket.
"Ah Dr Hopper, we have not scheduled an appointment so we are you here?" I asked.
"Well Madame Mayor as I'm sure you know I didn't just gain a degree in psychology, I also have some medical skills so I've been helping out in the hospital. Dr Whale or Frankinstein in our land doesn't give a happy vibe to the patients so I've been overseeing the inoculations" he told.
"What has that got to do with me?" I asked.
"To put it frankly, you're behind on vaccinations but the only appointment I have is this afternoon with Emma" he answered.
"I am not going, especially if Miss Swan is there" I raged.
"I've already mentioned you're going so you wouldn't want Emma to think you're weak, would you?" He blackmailed.
"That's blackmail, cricket. I could smite you right now with magic"
"What would Henry say about you using magic?" He blackmailed further.
"I'll go but don't expect any grants or favours anytime soon" I reluctantly agreed.
