Once Kevin had calmed down he had looked down at the sleeping girl with nothing but love and said quietly," I promise to protect you Megan Lively Griffin with all of my heart and all of my soul." After his spoken vow he kissed the girl he had grown to love on the forehead and tucked her into her bedroom covers and quietly left her room. On his way out of the Griffin family house he got spotted by Brian asking him a question," When did you get back?" Kevin kept his anger in check and said," I have been back for months. I was hanging out with Meg." Brian looked surprised and said," You do know that she will try to do anything to get with you right?" The male looked at the male dog and said," Please stop talking to me Brian." Without another word said Kevin left out of the Griffin family house and went back next door to his parents' house.
As soon as he was in his parents' house his father Joe walked into the living room and said," Hey son how did it go at the Griffin house?" Kevin broke down crying into his father's arms and said," Dad it's terrible how they treat Meg. We have to do something before they hurt her or even worse kill her. Dad we have to get her out of there. Dad I love her. I want her to be my wife and mother of my children one day. Joe Swanson hugged his son and said," I know kiddo, I know. On top of that I have been keeping watch over their family ever since I read about a disturbance that happened. Ever since I have read that report I have tried my hardest to keep watch over young Megan. Don't worry son."
(On a side note though Kevin paid for his father to have surgery done so he could have the ability to walk again and be active once more.)
