"Hey slow poke" Massie said . Alicia knew she was joking but for some reason today it bugged her more than usual. "Puh- lease" Alicia said as she got into the car "REAL beauty takes time" The word real was emphasized as Alicia glared at Massie. Massie rolled her eyes. "Whatever" she mumbled just loud enough for herself to here. The next couple of minuites were ridden in silence. "Soooooo" Dylan said trying to brake the ice. "Leesh you totally missed it! Cam Fisher you know the one with the one blue eye and the other bro-" " Its one blue and one Green" Alicia intergected. Dylan shrugged "Whatever, anyway he was passing by in his brothers car and then when the light turned read we pull up right next to him and Massie goes. Hey Cam? Cam turns toward us and he goes yea? Then Mass says are you from Tennesee? The Cam gets this really funny look on his face and goes ugh no why? Massie then says Cuz you're the only 10 I see!" All 3 girls cracked up at this except Alicia. She was bursting with anger. How could she? How could Massie? Everyone knew that she had a crush on Cam! " Ten I see? Gawd Massie how lame can you get!" Alicia had finally snapped. She looked from Kristen, to Dylan, to Massie, Then back at Kristen who was shaking her head, Dylan was tugging at her curly hair, and Massie's amber eyes were flicker, flickering light a light bulb that was dying. "excuse me Alicia?" Massie asked in her sweetest tone. "What?" Alicia said now very worked up. " Did I invite you to my BBQ?" Massie asked with a devious grin Kristen and Dylan had the same grin on there fave as Mssie did. "Hu? No." Alicia said. She was so upset that she didn't care what Massie's lame pun was going to be. "Then why are you all up in my grill?" Massie said with a smug look on her face. The others laughed right in Alicia's face. At the next redlight Alicia comandad Isaac to let her out of the Range Rover. "Thanks for the ride Isaac" she said with a smug look on her face. When she stepped out she found Olivia a girl from dance that she kind of knew. "Hi! You're A-licia right"
"Uh actually its Alicia as in A-Lee-Sha" Normally Alicia would have rolled her eyes at this LBR considering how lame she was in Jazz class but today she was looking for a friendly face and Olivia did have one….. even if it was on the second try considering how Olivia just came back from a nose job.
"You look down A- LEE- SHA" Olivia said with a wink. "Do you wanna go get a latte or something?" Alicia sighed what did she have to loose?
"Sure" Alicia said with a smile but this time it was a genuine smile. She just might find a friend in Olivia after all.
