_RIN'S POV_
I heading back to my seat I notice that everyone's here except the bandaged boy.
Since Kaito-sensei was checking who's at his class he eventually noticed the boy's missing too.
Kaito- sensei announced "Does anyone know where Oliver is?"
Oh. Oliver, so that's his name huh.
Although I got his name , the class didn't know where the hell he was.
"Ah, Rin could you do me a favor and go look for Oliver?" Kaito-Sensei asked.
"Sure, Sensei!" I replied. A good excuse to skip class~ I thought to myself.
~10 minutes later~
Well, I went pretty much everywhere except outside so I went to the school garden.
"Nope, not here." I said to myself.
Last place that I didn't check was around the cherry blossom tree.
The cherry blossom tree has been around before the school was even built and it's huge.
It's kind of like an ancient relic.
Looking around the trunk I accidentally tripped on the roots and found myself on the soil.
"Ouch" I said.
Regaining my senses I look around me then to my left I saw a body two centimeters away from my face.
I got shocked and hid behind the trunk.
WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT I thought to myself
Then I peered from the side of a trunk and saw
Oliver, lying down, and dead white.
OH GOSH IS HE DEAD?!
I checked his pulse and he was still alive but the problem was he wasn't breathing.
My instincts told me to to do C.P.R.
I lied him flat on his back, placed the heel of my hand to his chest and performed compressions.
My gosh I only ever did this to a dummy I learned in some weird summer life saving workshop thingy.
Aaaaaand He's still not breathing.
"Shit" I said.
I opened his mouth and covered his with mine and gave two breaths while pinching his nose.
Then after that he finally started to breathe again.
I still have to get him to the clinic!
I saw a janitor raking the leaves around and screamed with the loudest voice
"JANITOR PLEASE HELP ME!"
From what he heard he ran straight to me.
I asked him to help me carry him to the clinic. He just nodded and carried him on his left shoulder like a sack of rice.
Checking for symptoms it must be lack of oxygen to the brain that's why he fainted or maybe even a stroke.
When we entered the clinic, the clinic ward wasn't even there!
I laid him down on the bed and put the oxygen mask on him
"I'm gonna tell the teacher to have someone pick him up and thanks." I told the janitor.
After telling Kaito-sensei he told me to leave him in my care until the clinic ward comes back.
And when I went back to the Infirmary he was already awake.
As soon as he saw me he asked me "Why am I at the infirmary?" while taking the oxygen mask off.
"I saw you on the ground unconscious and not breathing." I said.
"Oh. Well, thank." He said.
"Kaito-sensei told me to wait for the clinic ward before I go so…"
"Ah, okay." He replied
It was kind of awkward… Okay it was really awkward.
A few minutes later the clinic ward barged in saying "IS HE ALRIGHT?!"
"Yeah he is Sensei." I said.
"Oh… Okay he seems to be fine so I'll be going~"
What a clinic ward. He just saw him awake and left…. Well. what's important is the clients of this clinic are fine.
I should stay here more . If the clinic ward left, if something serious happens and the clinic ward is not there that would be a big problem.
Even though I already knew his name I'll try to spark a conversation again.
"Sooo what's your name?" I asked.
He ignored me, again .
Okay I dealt with it the first time but right now I just saved his life and he just ignores me?
WHATS HIS PROBLEM!
"WELL SINCE YOUR BETTER I'LL JUST GO BYE." I said very loudly but politely… I guess.
He was watching me with this confused face on him as I left the room.
I bet he's thinking "What did I do!?". That brat should know his place!
I'm not some attention whore but I don't like being flat out ignored when it's so obvious he can hear me!
Stomping all the way to classroom the teacher confronted me.
"Did you find Oliver, Rin?" he asked.
"OH THAT GUY HE'S IN THE CLINIC BECAUSE OF HIS CRAPPY OF AN ATTITUDE!"
The teacher looking confused asked me is he okay?
"WHADDYA THINK?" My temper was really thrown off by Oliver.
"Rin! This is unacceptable behavior! Get outside if you're gonna disrupt this class with your negative attitude!" He said
"WELL THE-I'm sorry sensei." I apologized.
"Just go to your seat!" He scolded.
"Yes Sensei I quietly said."
UGH I HATE MY DAY.
LEN'S POV
I think my day is starting off pretty well!
That cute girl I bumped into awhile ago is sitting right beside me!
Before Meiko-Sensei started the lesson, she shot a glare at Miku-chan .
"Miku why were you not here during homeroom?! You are an important pupil to this class but skipping lessons is not taken lightly here!"
"Meiko-Sensei I'm sorry but I had a matter with my friends!"
"What is it then? "Meiko-Sensei questioned.
Miku looked like she was about to burst into tears.
"Wh-we found a d-dead body a-aroung t-the cherry b-blossom t-tree."
She was practically shaking. But a dead body! That sure was creepy.
"We ran from the sc-school then we we-went back after. Which is n-now.. . . .
"I'm so sorry Sensei! P-please believe me!" she stuttered
Sensei heaved a sigh of relief.
"It's okay I believe you. Before I heard that someone fainted around there too but at least he/she's being treated now."
Heh, maybe Rin treated him. I thought to myself
"I just thought you were hanging out with the wrong people."
"It's okay Miku ,I believe you. Don't worry! But next time, when you see a someone who fainted please inform someone!"
"T-thank- you Sensei!"Miku stuttured
She went back to her seat and Meiko-Sensei went on with her lesson.
I'm worried about Miku . "Are you okay?... Miku?"
"Y-yeah I'm fine Len … .. . I'm great!" She tried putting back her cheery attitude to tell me it's okay.
"Ummmm Len." she started acting shy all of a sudden
"Yeah Miku? Can you eat with me and my friends . Tomorrow lunch!"
W-what eating with Miku-chan what a great chance to get closer buuuut…
"I don't' intend to put this in a mean way but why?" I asked
"I never saw anyone talk to you so far besides Meiko-Sensei and me!" she said worriedly
Ouch that kinda hurts my pride as a person. I thought to myself
"It also seems like you'll get along with my friends! I think they'll like you very much!" she said in excitement.
"Ah , Sure !"I said with a smile.
I'm quite happy!
I might make new friends! All my life my only friend was Rin and what a friend she is…
She's always "You look messy! Blah bla blah" "You stupid monkey blah Blah blah."
Although, she also has her good sides.
I can't wait for tomorrow! I thought.

RIN'S POV

Alright class dismissed ! the teacher said
I packed my belongings and went straight to the clinic.
I have my actual shift, the after school one.
Placing my bag down on a table.
To my trouble I notice that Oliver is still here, reading a book laying on one of the clinic beds.
"No Loitering in the clinic!" I scolded
When he saw me and got surprised then explained why he was here.
"Uuum the clinic ward told me that my parents will pick me up here, so I have to stay here and wait for them." He said softly
His parents? Wow even if I was sick my parents wouldn't do the same…
Since I heard him coughing I got water from the dispenser and asked him "Do you want water?"
And the usual silent treatment was given.
I lost my patience.
"DOOO YOUUU WAAANT WAAATERRRR!?"I repeated seconds away from splashing it on his face.
"Ah yeah I would love some! I'm sorry My L-left ear is quite deaf so I can't hear that well." He said.
Oh so that's how it is, aaahh I thought he was some obnoxious spoiled kid who thought I can't even talk to him.
I guess I was wrong. Wow that quite embarrassing .
"AH I'm sorry Oliver!" I said in embarrassment
"I thought that you ignored me because you disliked me ! or…. . . something like that."
"Oh it's okay. There is nothing wrong in a little misunderstanding!" he said with a cute smile across his pale face.
Wow, I thought he was mean and rude but I was mistaken! He's nice and polite!
Len should learn a thing or two from him!
"Hey what book are you reading? "I asked
"It's just a normal text book." He replied
That was surprising to me, studying is my enemy!
Although If I want to be a doctor, I have to study so that I can go to a medical college.
"Uuuum why are you reading a text book?" I asked
"Oh, I need to make up for the classes I missed. My parents work hard for my education so I should at least study my best!" He said.
Now that's what you call a real hardworker.
"Oh I also forgot to introduce myself. My name is Shimeji Oliver but just call me Oliver!"
"My name is Rin !
My last names Kagamine!
Call me any way you wanna!" I said
"Oh, I'll call you Rin then." He said with another sincere smile.
We were having conversation about the things we have in common like, we both love oranges! Although Len said it's more of an obsession…
Well I didn't deny it! So all in all I love oranges!
Continuing the conversation I asked him.
"How's your parents?"
We heard loud footsteps heading towards us
"Oh they're great! They're just kiiind ooof-
There was a big slam from the door.
"OLIVER DEAR! ARE YOU ALL RIGHT?! I HEARD YOU FAINTED!"
"loud…." He said regretfully.
"OH MY PRECIOUS LITTLE BOY! BE MORE CAREFUL!" she said
If there was a way to describe a mix of a scream and shout, her voice would be the best example…
"Yeah I will mom!" he replied , trying his best to avoid his mom causing a ruckus.
Then Oliver introduced me ."Ah, Mom! This is my new friend Rin!"
"Hello Mrs. Shimeji!" trying to give a smile hoping that her mom won't dislike me.
Right when she caught a glimpse of me her eyes went all sparkly and ran right up to me to grab my hands.
"AWWW WHAT A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY. WHY DON'T YOU BE MY DEAR BOY'S GIRLFRIEND~"
"M-MOM?!" He's blushing into the shade of cherry.
Haha I'll think about it "I said trying to tease them
"GREAT! PLEASE CONSIDER THE OFFER!~" she said in delight.
"Moooooom" He groaned. "Please don't embarrass me infront of my new frieeeend!"
"OHOHOHO~ NOW ENOUGH OF THIS! WE SHOULD GO HOME KNOW DEAAR~"
"Okay, mom…." He said with the most childish pout on his face.
"Good bye Oliver!" I said.
"Bye Rin ! he replied with a big smile!
Well at least having a new friend is a great way to end the day!
