When i woke up the next morning i realized that it wouldn´t be that easy.

Derek and i had to face many many problems.

And on top of that we still were in seattle, where his slutty intern lived.

I saw Derek sleeping beneath me and suddenly i was scared he would take his words back and realize what i´ve done.

I wasn´t faithful, like i promised at our wedding, i was an adulterous whore, who coudn´t keep her legs shut.

But otherwise, he looked serious in what he was saying, maybe he was staying with me though.

Maybe he´s gonna forgive me.

Maybe, maybe.

If he didn´t wake up soon, i might explode.

So i got up and started making breakfast ( in this case just ordering roomserviceXD)

After that i crawled back in bed and snuggled up to Derek.

It may be the last time that i´d be sleeping in his arms.

„addie, ads. You have to wake up we have to go tot he hospital."

„lemme sleep der, i´m too tired to get up yet"

„okay five minutes"

Those five minutes went faster by as i thought.

„ads get up now, or should i get a bottle of water to wake you up"

„okay okay i´m up Im up, no need to waste that water"

When Derek meant water he usually meant water. One time i was woken up by a bottle of ice .

Finally in the shower i began to wash my hair.

„mind if i join?"

I hadn´t heard Derek come in.

„No no please no please. Don´t hurt me."

„ Oh my gosh addie i´m sorry i didn´t realize... it´s prbably still to fresh."

He turned around to leave.

„stay Derek please stay. I just havn´t realized that it was you."

With a questioning look he turned around to me again.

„Can... i.. can..we...can.."

„Yes we can, if you want to"

I gave him a shy smile.

With that he came slowly over to me.

He lifted me out of my chair and placed me on his lap.

Softly he began massaging the shampoo into my hair.

I really missed those showers.

After we got ready i already felt a new bond forming between my hubs and i. We had to reconcile again. To get to know one another again. But i´m sure as hell ready to do that.

The ride to the hospital was lost in their own thoughts.

When we reached the parking lot i began to shift uncomfortably in my seat.

„whats wrong addie?"

asked Derek sensing my discomfort.

„ it´s just... Are you sure your willing to give our marriage, me another try?

Because if you can´t line up for me i can´t go in there. They already hate me and alone i just can´t do it.

For them i´m only the cripple that destroyed the ´golden couple´.

They´re gonna gossip. They probably already are.

I know hospitals, and i´m not their favorite person right now.

And if i don´t have my husband with me i might get killed.

And if i know now what you´re going to do, i don´t get so used to having my sweet and caring husband around me again, when your deciding you´re tired of me.

And now i´m rambling again, cuz i´m so nervous about what your gonna say."

At the end of my little speach i was a bit out of breath.

„ wow addie that was long, even for you.

And yes i know what i´m gonna do. Listen closely: I want nothing else but give our marriage another try.

I love you and i don´t want you to ever feel alone in our marriage.

I was the biggest asshole and deeply sorry for what happened.

I know you can´t trust me right now and i absolutely don´t deserve your trust or even another chance with you.

But your so beautiful and friendly so you gave me another chance and i´m gonna take it.

I´ll always line up for you, and if people are mea nto you you can always come to me.

But you have to remind yourself, that your beautiful and very talented and that your everything but a cripple.

You´re extraordinary. And if others can´t see that it´s their loss.

So let´s get in there and you can show them what a brave woman you are.

And i´m sure richard will want you in a few surgeries so you have something to ?"

I was really touched by dereks words. I havn´t seen this side of my husband in a very long time.

„Don´t cry Addie"

he wiped away my tears.

„And we´re gonna talk about everything else this evening, okay?!"

„yes"

i whispered tearfully.

Derek opened his side oft he car and pulled my chair out of the trunk.

He opened my door and lifted me carefully into it.

I took a deep breath. Okay lets do this.

And together we entered the hospital.
