Chapter 2 The Start of the Team

(Grekam's P.O.V.)

I was walking, well actually floating, around Oran Country near Tiny Woods. I thought to myself, when will I become an explorer? Truth was I had always wanted to be an explorer since I was a little kid. Just then I collided with a tree.

Smack!

"OUCH!", I yelped in pain. As usual I was thinking and floating again at the same time again. The only time I feel any pain outside of battle is when I am thinking while I'm floating, so occasionally I bump into things. "Uh.. definitely need to watch where I am going.", I mumbled to myself. I look around and I see a pokemon called Misdreavus lying on the ground asleep. I decided to go over and wake him or her up. "Hey! Hey wake up!", I said to the sleeping pokemon.

(Misdra's P.O.V.)

"Hey! Hey wake up!", some one says to me. "I'm up, I'm up.", I replied as I get up and see a Gastly staring at me. "AAH! A Gastly get away from me!", I say in a fright. "Hey! Hey! Relax I'm not going to hurt you.", said the Gastly as he continued, "By the way the name is Grekam. Whats yours?" I seen that I had frighten him and he was concerned so I said, "I'm Misdra." I looked at myself from what I could see. So far I noticed that I was floating head, had a purple body, and a bead necklace. Grekam finally spoke up and said, "So I haven't seen you before Misdra." Then I said to him, "I am a human being.", I replied. "But you look like a normal Pokemon in every way. , he said in confusion. I then wondered how did I get here? I said, "True to that Grekam. Very to that Grekam." A few minutes passed by in an awkward silence passed. Finally Grekam asked, "Would you like to form a rescue team by any chance?" I shrugged or as much as I could shrug with no shoulders and said, "Sure why not." He then started moving around like he was excited then all of a sudden stopped and his face contorted as if he was bothered by something. "What should we call ourselves?", he asks me. "Hmm... How about Team Midnight?", I offer up. He grinned a toothy sharp-tooth grin and said, "Thats perfect seeing how we both are Ghost-type Pokemon." I shook my head in agreement. He is so cu... wait! No I can't be in love I just met him, I thought to myself.
