"Good. Now lets check out the student council room first." Lucy said as she dragged Natsu's arm. 'Lucy Heatfilia huh? This is Intresting. Im the guy who's going to make you fall in love with me.' Natsu thought.
Chapter Two — The Meetings
"Okay Natsu! We're here!" Lucy announced with an excited tone. The two stepped into student council room together, checking it out. It was pretty big, and complex. It had two big offices on each side of the room; one is for the girls and the other one is for the boys, with other fancy decorations surrounding it.
"Oh," Natsu said curtly.
"Dang! There's a lot of... fancy decorations for a school room," Lucy commented as she pushed her glasses up, and admired the room.
"What do you mean?" Natsu asked.
"Look there's even a chocolate fountain in here!" Lucy pointed at the chocolate fountain across them.
"So...?" Natsu motioned her to continue.
"I never seen one before," Lucy stated. "And once again, this is overboard for a school room."
"Oh really? If you want, you can come to my house an—" Natsu was interrupted by her.
"Not a chance," Lucy said, giving him a slight glare.
"Anyways, let's check some other class rooms out; especially the music room, and library. Those places are the hotspot." Natsu groaned. He was kinda the atheletic kind of person, so he wasn't into books. They always made him fall asleep in class, and wasn't exactly his forte.
"Let's go to the gym next!" Natsu suggested.
"Fine," Lucy agreed, not wanting to start another fight with him. Along as she got to visit her two places, she was alright.
At the Gym
"Wow, this school is bigger than I imagined," Lucy commented, surprised.
"Yep, Let's play some ball game!" Natsu shouted as he ran towards the football field where the other male P.E. students wore.
"Natsu, let's finish the tour." Lucy said, following behind him.
"But I wanna play," Natsu whined.
"We can't play, other periods are playing right now." Lucy scolded.
"They won't mind," Natsu responded. The blonde sighed exasperatedly.
"Fine... I'll give you five minutes then," Lucy said as she started to walk to the bleachers.
"No Luce! Play with me!" Natsu pleaded.
Without turning around, she said, "Mm.. I don't feel like playing... I'm going back into the gym to introduce myself to the coach." Then without waiting for his reply, she ran back to the gym.
Lucy sighed as she walked into the gym. She paused when she saw a bar in the middle of the room. She looked left and right, making sure no one was there. After confirming it, she walked up to the bar, then started doing multiple type flips.
Lucy love doing flips and love music of course, but she's not a big fan of people watching or thinking she's showing off. It would give her horrible rumors, and bad gossip.
Suddenly she heard people clapping, and stopped, frozen in her tracks. She turn to see the whole class period with the coaches and of course they're all girls since they separate the genders when it comes to P.E. Lucy turns a super bright right red, she was a little embarrassed.
"Uhh... How long have you guys been standing there?" Lucy asked nervously.
"We came in when you started doing flips," presumably the coach said.
"Oh... Um... Sorry for intruding," Lucy apologized.
"Oh it's fine. By the way we really like your flips," the coach complimented.
"Aw, thanks a lot! I'm Lucy Heartifilia by the way!" Lucy introduced, holding out a hand to the coach. The coached grabbed it, and shook it.
"Nice to meet you Lucy. My name is Cana," Cana, the coach said.
When Lucy heard some kind of noise from the crowd of students behind Cana, she glanced at them then spotted a girl raising her hand.
"Uh, yes?" Lucy said, answering to the girl's hand, silently hoping it was directed to her instead of Cana. If she had mistaken it, it would be kind of embarrassing to her.
"Lucy-san, can I ask you a question?" the girl asked.
"Sure," Lucy replied curtly.
"How does it feel to be one of the top ten?" she asked.
"It's really exciting for me, and I feel really happy about it," Lucy replied. Another girl raises her hand. Lucy pointed at the other girl, motioning her to ask her question.
"Who is your partner?" she asked.
"Well it's—" Lucy was interrupted by the pinkette who skidded into the room, making all the girls blush and fangirl.
"Hey Luce! I'm done playing football," Natsu announced, walking over to her.
"That's him," Lucy said as she pointed at a salmon haired boy behind her. Immediately the female students ran towards Natsu and started crowding him. Lucy dodged them, running out to where Cana was.
"NATSU-SAMA! OMG! CAN YOU SIGN MY ARM?!" one of the girls yelled at him.
"HEY! CAN I WATCH YOU PLAY FOOTBALL?!" another girl shouted. Then a lot of random questions were thrown at him. Natsu couldn't answer any of them since there were too many, and it was in unison.
Having enough of their childish behavior, Cana cuffed her hands around her mouth and yelled, "GIRLS! TIME TO GO TO SECONG PERIOD!" The girls ignored her, and still crowded him.
After thirty minutes past by, Lucy had enough, then shouted to him, "NATSU! TIME TO GO TO STUDENT COUNCIL ROOM!" Hearing the scream and seeing her angry expression, he ran over to her, pushing through the crowd of girls.
"Okay ladies, I have to go. Luckily we'll have classes together. See ya later!" Natsu waved goodbye at them as he walked out of the gym, following Lucy.
"Geez. Were you jealous? Because, I'm pretty sure you scared some of those girls," Natsu commented. Lucy turns to him with an evil aura oozing around her.
"No. It's just that, because of you, I didn't get to go to the library or the music room. This is all your fault." Lucy glared at him. Natsu felt a shiver up his spine, then quieted down. The whole walk to the room was awkwardly quiet because Lucy was still fuming.
Student Council Room
They entered in the student room, to find everyone sitting in recliner chairs, already there. Joining them, they sat around a long rectangle table as if they were some mafia or business. The old man, the principal, stood at the head of the desk, standing on top of the chair.
"Okay, now that everyone's here, let's start the second meeting," Makarov announced. Everyone stayed quiet, motioning him to continue. Continuing he explained the student council things, "Since all of you brats are the student council, you help people. Everyone, gets jobs every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. While Tuesdays, and Thursdays, you will go to classes."
"YaY!" Natsu cheered, pumping his fist up in victory. He hated classes so much.
"WHAT?!" Lucy and Levy exclaimed in unison, having the opposite reaction.
"Is something wrong?" Makarov inquired.
"Well I was hoping to bring my grades up and learn more stuff," Levy replied.
"Me too," Lucy agreed.
"Lucy, your average is 97.6 and Levy, yours is 103.7. That's beyond the scale, so its fine," Makarov reassured.
"Master, I agree with them. Shouldn't it be more efficient if we would go to class more?" Erza suggested.
"Erza it's fine. Your average is 92.9. While Juvia's is 87.2 and Wendy's is 99.3," Makarov replied. "And for the boys... Jellal, Romeo and Gray are the only top ones."
"Ooh! Gramps! What's mine?!" Natsu asked.
"69," Makarov replied, keeping a proud face.
"Yeah!" Natsu cheered happily while everyone is like, 'That's not good...'
"Anyway... since today is Monday, and its the first day. Enjoy yourselves. Here are some money for you guys to spend, I allow you to have fun in the school. Go enjoy yourselves for now, and this time, you don't need your partner for this one. Also, if anyone needs help, help them. You are dismissed," Makarov said, then left the room.
"Levy! Let's go together!" Lucy suggested as she linked her arm with the bluenette's.
"Where do you wanna go, Lu-chan?" Levy asked.
"Library," Lucy answered.
"You didn't go?" Levy asked, arching an eyebrow at the blonde.
"No. Natsu made us stay in the gym for like thirty minutes, so I didn't get to go," Lucy replied, pouting a bit.
"Oh. I didn't get to go either because Gajeel wanted to check out the wrestling team, then he started wrestling and it took forever." Levy rolled her eyes at the memory.
"So let's go then." Lucy said.
"H-Hey, can I come too?" the dark blue haired girl piped.
"Sure," Lucy replied. She glanced at the remaining girls. "You wanna come too, Erza, Juvia?"
"Yeah, Juvia wants to come too," Juvia said.
"And I will also join you," Erza volunteered.
"Okay then, then its the five of us," Levy decided.
"Okay, let's get going then!" Lucy chimed, pumping her fists up in excitement. "Time's a wasting."
While they were heading to the library, a dark figure and a kid was following them.
"Hey, is it alright to spy on them?" the kid asked.
"Its fine, c'mon lets follow them." the dark figure replied.
