In the next month he worked, day and night. He went to an orphanage and adopted thirteen children. I was my mother and father were in the thirteen children. He put the seven oldest in first. My mother and father were one of the young ones. The children were terrified as they wandered around, hopelessly. The oldest of the older kids was brave and led the children onwards. Little did the children know of the mobs at night. The kids made a shelter of twigs, lit a fire, gathered apples, and kill pigs. As night approached, the children climbed into the shelter and slept.

The children were awoken by a loud boom, and unliving groans. They stood up, and found themselves surrounded by mobs. Already a boy was dead, and a girl was injured. Frightened, and shaking with fear the children panicked. They ran, screamed, threw fire at the mobs, hid, threw rocks and twigs.

Soon dawn approached, and the children gladly felt the warmth. They noticed the zombies, and skeletons burned. The spiders stopped attacking. The tall enderman lessened their hostile level. With the exception of the creepers, the mobs lessened hostility when the sun went up. The night was rocky and only three of the original children were still alive. One was badly hurt, and the others were barely surviving. The creepers ended another boy, and the surviving girl and boy ran. They ran and ran and ran.

Back at the lab, Glefinnan was busy designing stuff and managing the other six children. He kept them in check by showing them what was happening to the other children. He said that if they misbehaved a lot, he would send them into the world. One skeptical boy tested it out and as a result was sent into the world. He died the same night. This scared the children even more. The five children were disciplined soon enough, out of fright of course. The children were beaten for simple mistakes as interrupting Glefinnan in his work. One of the children got so terrified that he ran away. Of course, Glefinnan found the boy and sent him into the world. The other four children realized they couldn't run, hide, or live a life anymore. Glefinnan always wore a bandana ever since the death of Nick. His face was never shown to any man. Except for me, but that would come later.

My mother was flogged severely for not looking down fast enough as Glefinnan was about to pull of his bandana. The lesson was learned the hard way. Glefinnan was a hard man with no mercy because of his harsh childhood.

Once the children outgrew their clothes, Glefinnan didn't replace them. He forced the children to sleep in the cellar together. Two boys and two girl, each stuffed next to each other. Unable to move because Glefinnan stuffed up the space with boxes of machinery. By the age of twelve, all the children were strong and hardworking. My mother and father were smarter now and they managed to escape.

They grew up and Glefinnan never found them. My mother and father developed a closer relationship, and had me. Sadily enough, the day after I opened my eyes father was captured by Glefinnan. My mother grew confused, broken, and angry. From then on, mother taught me the cruel lessons Glefinnan had taught mother.

At the age of five, mother had made me lashed me severely for saying the word Glefinnan. I learned never to mention the word. You could say that mother learned Glefinna's cruelty.

The day before my sixth birthday, mother was taken away my cops for trying to steal me a birthday present. I lived in fright, too young to understand. I learned street smarts after some, let's say unpleasant, encounters.

Mother told me to always avoid other people, since she only knew bullies and Glefinnan. Rats soon became my good friends. I survived on my own in the streets of the harsh city environment. I understood my mother had been so afraid of other humans.

On the day of my ninth birthday, Glefinnan came to visit me. He brought me a birthday present, saying he was harmless. I was suspicious of him, but the present was a whole meal.

Soon I began trusting this man. I still remember what he said when I asked who he was for the first time. I still shudder at the chill I had.

He said, "My dear child, you are young as I was once. I am growing frail and am becoming the grandfather of this century. If you truily want to know, be warned." I was eager to know, practically bursting with curiosity.I asked of course, what it was.

"My...I have many names, but you'll probably know me as the killer, Glefinnan." I froze at his words, the realization scaring me. I had thought, No! No! NO! This is the man I've been hiding from all these years. Now he found me, and I was doomed.

Glefinnan brought the surprised me to his mansion. Showing me every secret he has kept. I trusted him after a while, realizing he didn't mean me harm. I was wrong, of course.

Within the next year, I practically became his apprentice. I worked with him day and night. He treated me better than he treated my parents. At some point I thought he loved me as a child. I was wrong, of course.

By the time I was ten, I knew everything he did about the mansion. Or so I thought at the time.

The day of my tenth birthday, he gave me a big present. He wasn't wearing his bandana today. He said it was a special occasion. That made me feel special.

When it was time to open the present , he told to close my eyes and count to ten. I did as he asked, I heard the sound of someone typing. I didn't peek till I counted ten though. I was too trusting, and too obedient.

When I did open my eyes, I saw that I was in a world of beauties. It was then I realized what Glefinnan had did. He was a traitor, a liar, and it broke my heart.

Glefinnan talked to me through so telepathic technology. He told me he didn't want to do what he was doing, but I didn't trust him anymore. I told him exactly that. He just laughed a grim laugh, saying that's what his childhood had been like.

Glefinnan told me he was afraid of death, and he wanted to create a world that wouldn't kill people. An everlasting peaceful world of no death, and I was the guinea pig.
