RWBY: The Four Kings
Now before I continue I will from now on address reviews from here in order not to spoil.
crawforddarius7: Nero was right, and King Arthur is half right, however Alexander The Great, and Ozymandias is wrong. So I'll give a hint. The king Arthur answer is correct however, he is also based on another character in an anime that also has King Arthur. You got one more try because after this character he gets revealed. And the other is based off a summoning from the Final Fantasy series and is partially half of a main character from one of those games. Just to lower it down I've played from VII to XV. Good luck.
And without further adieu let's get into one of my personal favorites.
Chapter 2: Sinbad Malik
"Emperor!"
Nero nodded to this, "Yes, however I know I am not originally from this time, as I was sealed by the King of Vale, for reasons I rather not go into. Now from what I gathered from Ruby you all are here to obtain more comrades."
"Wait how do you know this," Weiss asked.
"Well using a skill the King of Vale gave me called Chosen Privilege, I can look into the one who has released me from my seal memories and know the information of what happened while I'm sealed as well as other important things like names of the closest people she knows however not her past. Not only that with it I can gain her semblance and morph it into something different for my use, however I can not use her direct semblance, so I took the rose petal aspect and turned them into blades being able to cut things."
The girls looked and awe, Ruby however wasn't done, "Hey where did your sword go, it was so awesome, can I please see it again?"
Nero nodded and summoned his sword, "This is Aestus Flame, the sword I used in all of my battle."
"Ah now I remember, you are Nero Claudius Rory, the second to last emperor of Vacuo, when Vale was being invaded in the war by both factions from Atlas and Mistral, you without hesitation went up to back up Vale, however after the war you disappeared," Weiss retold.
Nero scratches his head in embarrassment, "Yeah somethings led to another and I was asked if I could be sealed by the King of Vale to save my life. To which I agreed."
"Wait so then how old are you?" Yang asked.
Nero smiled, "From the last I was walking, I was 17."
"17!"
"But that would make you…" Blake started.
"The youngest emperor ever," Nero said proudly, "But enough about me, I suspect that we must get a move on to our next location."
They just stared in awe but soon recovered and started walking to the bullhead however before they got there beowulves coming in dozens began to pile out of the forest.
"You all go ahead and board, I'll take care of this," Nero said summoning his blade in an eruption of flames.
"Are you sure?" Ruby asked.
Nero nodded with a smile, "Of course, besides this gives me a chance to stretch my legs, you guys do know that more than 80 years can give you such a crick in the neck?"
Yang and Ruby giggled at this while both Weiss and Blake smiled, and they left while Nero stood between the ship and grimm.
Nero charged at the dozens of grimm with a smirk on his face, and when he arrived one grimm tried to slash at him with their claws, however Nero expertly flipped over it and kicked another grimm away. He then placed his sword behind him to block another grimm's claw attack, to which the grimm tried to use it's other set of claws, however Nero ducked under it while taking it off with his blade without looking. He then turned around to stab it and another that tried to get him that was behind the first killing them both. He then turned to three more as they ran at him while he readied himself and he began to expertly deflect every single attack with expert precision, all the while nicking them on the body, from slashing at their arms, chest, head, and legs. Every motion seemed as though everyone's eyes were a tad slow and showed an afterimage with appearing as if he was dancing.
He then jumped in the air to avoid one claw, and in a spin in mid air sliced all of their heads off. Once he landed he looked at the other grimm with a grin as he sped to them and began his slaughter, as he began with him flipping over a grimm while beheading it, and once he landed he kept running to the next, and slice it in half. The next grimm in a blur he cut off its outstretched arms and drop kicked it away from him making a small shock wave. And once he landed he dashed straight to three of them and cut all of them in one slice as he was on the other side before the cut even registered. Another grimm took its chance to swipe at Nero to which he back flipped twice but on the last he landed on his free hand and pushed off of it to avoid a killing blow from the grimm. While in the air he threw his sword which impaled the grimm to the ground as he flawlessly landed on the hand as he stood and watched the other grimm who became cautious.
"Well it was fun playing but it's time for me to leave, so let's wrap this up," Nero said and he got off his sword and removed it from the ground, only to concentrate aura and slam his sword back into the ground as the wind began to pick up, as the red petals from the trees on the ground flew into the wind. And before the grimm even knew what was going on they were all cut into pieces by those red petals and leaves.
Nero banished his sword and walked to the bullhead to which he climbed onto, "So how was the show, good enough to be in the theatre?"
"That," Ruby began.
"Was," Yang continued.
"Awesome!" They yelled simultaneously.
"It was very amazing," Blake offered.
"Not to mention elegant, but what is their to expect from the emperor of Vacuo," Weiss said.
Nero smiled and bowed to his audience, "Thank you ladies, you are too kind."
After a long flight they finally arrived at their destination, the Island of Sindria, where the trades of Menagerie, Mistral, and Vale were all centered from.
"So this is the island of Sindria," Blake said as they all looked at the town from the port. It was booming with business but there was a sense of peace here, as you could see the smiles on everyone's faces. Many different people, human and faunus, were living happily and in abundance and with this it gave Blake hope that both sides could eventually become equal and peaceful to one another.
"So who are we searching for?" Nero asked.
Yang just shrugged, "Honestly we don't know, Ozpin just said that we see him."
"Hmm interesting," Nero thought of something then shrugged, "Well while we are here mind as well enjoy ourselves," Nero said as he started walking.
Weiss was perplexed at how laid back the emperor was about their situation as they followed "Um don't you think we should start looking."
Nero shook his head, "Nah, there are plenty of experiences that I had with this. When the time comes, he will come and reveal himself to us, so there is no point in stressing over it. Besides if he is someone as important as for Ozpin to want him in Beacon, then I'm sure we'll hear about him eventually."
Weiss was okay with this for now so she didn't give a response, as the team explored the city.
They went multiple shops with things catching Weiss' eye, took pictures of landmarks and things unique to Sindria, not only that according to Yang and Ruby, their food was really good, something Nero could attest to, while also agreed and said that they had the best fish she had ever tasted. Hell Nero did something that he had never done before and something he found enjoyable, fishing to which he always gave to Blake to which she stored for later.
At the middle of the day, they heard a horn from a ship that just docked to port, "Hey isn't that…" they heard from the people.
"Yeah it's his ship!"
"It's Sinbad!"
Multiple rushed over to the port, to which team RWBY and Nero followed to wonder what the commotion was about. And there was a huge ship that looked like a battleship from the great war but with a modern touch, it was truly a beautiful ship adorning the colors of blue, purple, and red, to which Nero whistled, "Wow now that's a ship."
When the ship fully docked out came it's captain, it was a boy who had ocean blue hair with purple eyes that reflected that of the emotion of the seas. He wore a black long sleeve long coat that he had the sleeves rolled up to his elbow neatly show the blue that was on the inside of his coat, along with a string with purple beads that connected both sides of the coat. He had blue collared shirt that split at the bottom, with it instead of having button had a four strings that was in eight buttons, four on each side as it held both sides together. He also had two belts that went cross cross forming an X at the center, black pants with a blue ocean wave design at the bottom, and black and dark blue shoes. Lastly on his hip to the right was a pouch and on his left was a two cutlass looking blades connected by a long chain. This young man was Sinbad Malik.
"Sinbad!" People yelled.
"Hey Sinbad did you get it?!" A little boy said in excitement.
Sinbad smiled at him and waved his hand as the the anchor of his ship dropped a giant fish that was half the size of the ship, "Was there any doubt, of course I did, and with that we will have another celebration this year for the upcoming Vytal Festival in Vale!"
Everyone cheered, to this while Sinbad looked at everyone with a smile, until his eyes landed on team RWBY and Nero, as he walked up to them to make conversation, "Well hello there I haven't seen any of you around here before. Please tell me your names," he asked.
"Ruby Rose."
"Weiss Schnee."
"Blake Belladona."
"And Yang Xiao Long."
"Well then it is a pleasure to meet you, my name is Sinbad Malik," Sinbad then turned to Nero, "And sir what is yours?"
"You may know from history books and stories, I am the long lost emperor of Vacuo, Nero Claudius Rory," Nero said quietly to Sinbad in hopes to not be notice by everyone. This greatly surprised Sinbad, but Nero answered his unspoken, "Per requested I was sealed into my sword, and have recently been freed."
Sinbad nodded, "Well then emperor we throw you a banquet befitting of one, but I imagine that this isn't the only reason you all have come here?"
Nero nodded, "Yes I believe that Ozpin asked for us to meet him along with others."
"Aw Headmaster Ozpin has called, interesting, I haven't seen him in a long time," this statement surprised team RWBY as they didn't expect Sinbad to personally know their headmaster, "Very well after the celebration I shall accompany you, if the others are not with you, then we can take my ship to their location, assuming that you know their location and that you don't have one of your own."
Nero smiled and outstretched his hand to shake, "That would be perfect."
Sinbad took his hand and shook it, "Then it's settled but for tonight we dine and have fun to our hearts content," Sinbad said
Team RWBY just looked on in awe as to see how easily both Nero and Sinbad got along.
That night the city partied, as there were dances and performances, and to many people's surprise Weiss sung to everyone as she actually performed with a genuine smile on her face with Ruby, Blake, and Yang performing dances behind her, which got cheers from many at how good and in sync they all were, while Nero and Sinbad watched and listened jokingly as if they were old war buddies.

Two days went by and Sinbad said his goodbye's to the people he held dear, and then with his crew they set off to Mistral, however in the middle of the day a sea dragon grimm came out to attack the ship. Team RWBY was going to deal with it however was stopped by Sinbad, "No, please allow me to show what I can do, since Nero has told me that he has done the same."
Sinbad took out his weapons which was two short cutlasses with a black handle and a blue blade that went past the handle and connected to a circular structure at the bottom of the handle and a chain at the bottom of said structure. On the blade, hidden on the the blunt edge were small exhaust points, and on the blade itself was a long black engraved line that went from the tip of the blade all the way to where it touched the bottom.
"Let's go Leviathan!" Sinbad yelled as he jumped onto a rock formation, and began to lead the grimm a little away from the ship. Once he had gotten far enough to not damage his ship, his crew, and his passengers. He leaped onto the another rock formation struck at the dragons' mask, only for it to swipe at Sinbad, to which he dodge.
"Tough armor you have, let's fix that," Sinbad's aura began to visibly shake violently, to which then lightning took the place of it, "Try this Piercing Sea!" He then spun one sword by the chain then threw it at the mask again but this time in cut a large hole in it as it was stuck and even was embedded into it skin, before Sinbad tugged on the chain bringing the blade back to his hand.
The sea serpent was enraged, as it grew wings and took to the skies, but Sinbad stood there with a smirk. The grimm charged a beam up but Sinbad was still grounded, "Sinbad get out of their!" Yang yelled, as the other members of team RWBY were worried. Yang turned to Nero, but before she said anything, she saw his smile as he watched, this made her curious and looked back at the fight.
When the grimm was almost done charging, Sinbad slightly threw his weapon up and grabbed it by the chain as he began to twirl the blade in a circle really fast. The sea serpent grimm fired his shot and before it reached Sinbad, water came out of his weapon as a shield of water appeared as Sinbad slid slightly back at it but, still blocked it without taking damage.
"Nice attack but it's my turn now," Sinbad then disappeared and then reappeared above the grimm, as he swung one blade by the chain, as a wave of water mixed with his aura, as he called his attack, "Waving Tide!" The water slammed into the grimm's back sending it into the water. Sinbad landed on a rock, "Time for some barbecue," he said as he through his weapon into the water with his semblance on, electrocuting the grimm to death. Sinbad then jumped back on the ship with his work done, "So how was that?"

Personality: Easy going, approachable, and free spirited, but knows when to get serious to protect what's important.

Weapon: Leviathan

Semblance: Charge
The ability rapidly speed up one's aura to make it appear as if it was made of lightning. With speeding up his aura it gives him the ability to move faster and have greater piercing capabilities. Also due to his semblance he can not be affected by lightning (think of SS2 Gohan).
Abilities/Techniques: Piercing Sea:
With conjunction with his semblance he is able to thrust with incredible speed and with the striking power is able to project his aura and cut through the aura to physically attack his opponent.
Waving Tide: Offensive: While swings Leviathan by the chain and using water dust along with his aura he can project water out of the exhaust points on Leviathan creating a mini tsunami. It can also be condensed into a wave strike for more damage (kind of like a Getsuga Tenshō from Bleach).
Waving Tide: Defensive: Sinbad spins his weapons by the chain rapidly and from the exhaust comes water made from water dust and with it, makes a shield that can repel attacks as long as the attack doesn't over power him with his aura.
Leviathan's Rage: Basically uses Waving Tide in conjunction with his semblance to make it bigger and more deadly.
