Eddward Marion Vincent, or so his friends would call him Double d Woke up to the sound of a banging fist on his door.
"Double d get up! "Eddy yells to his sleeping friend
The ravenette sleepy rubbed his eyes before looking over at his clock.
4:30 Am
'Only Eddy would wake up at 4:30 am asking for something'
Against his own will double d tiredly stands up and opens the door letting out a yawn before talking.
"Eddy what on earth are you doing up this early on a Saturday morning? "Double d tiredly asks
"Jeez sockhead where have you been? living in a hole or something? "Eddy says while ignoring the glare double d was giving him '"Didn't Ed tell you!?"Eddy says before Double d gives him another look
They had known that their friend had well...some issues he had gotten better over the years but he was still the same lovable oaf (as double d would put it) as he was before.
"Right..."Eddy stairs before feeling drool on his arm
Knowing that it wasn't his and that double d was still standing in his room he could only guess that it was..
"ED! get the heck off of my arm! "Eddy yells startling the taller boy
Eddy over the years had changed, now being in the second year of high school he had matured a bit and had grown but he was still the shortest Ed even though he doesn't show it often Eddy actually cares for his friends and had grown a bit more protective of them.
"SERGEANT ED REPORTING FOR DUTY SIR!" Ed in eddy's face "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO!?"He asks before saluting his hand into Eddy's face
"Oops" Ed says dumbly while double d holds in a laugh
Eddy angrily looked over at double d glaring with angry eyes as double d tried to contain himself
"S-sorry Eddy! "He sputters out trying to hold in his laughter
Ed over the years has changed too, he still had a love for Animals and clearly was the same oaf as he always has been, Ed has become more intelligent ever since Double d started torturing him he has had a better understanding of things and almost rarely shouted out random things.
"WERE GOING CAMPING EDDY!" Ed yells into Double d's ear causing double d to grab his ear out of pain.
"Uh yes it seems that we have already established that fact but Ed if you could please keep your voice down so the other children can-GOOD LORD ARE THOSE YOUR MUDDY SHOES ON MY CARPET!?"Double d yelled
Double d is the one who's changed the least still being the same Adorable nerd as always has now kind of grown an backbone. Double d has sarcastic comments and isn't afraid to tell you what he thinks.
"How many times must I tell you two too take your shoes off BEFORE you enter my house!" Double d tried to say in a stern voice only to hear his friends laughing
"Excuse me could you tell me whats so funny!" Double d asked in a annoyed voice
"Its just-"Eddy said before bursting out into laughter again
"GENTLEMEN" Double d snapped
"S-sorry Double d it's because-"Eddy began before getting interrupted
"Bun bun slippers Eddy!" Ed said before they joined into laughter with each other
"Bun bun slippers?' Double d repeated in his head before looking down at his feet realizing he was still in his pajamas with bunny slippers on.
'Note to self buy new pj's' Double d thought before racing out of his room to prepare for the day.
Marie
Marie woke up to the sound of giggling and the smell of sweaty feet.
Marie wearily opened her eyes struggling to adjust to the dark she rubbed her eyes before yawning and getting up to go join her sisters around the window.
"Bout time you woke up now come here shut up and get a glimpse of this" Lee said while pointing towards the window
Marie peered out the window only to see well... nothing.
"Whats so special about the clothing rack?" Marie asked before yawning again
"Not there stupid" Lee said while twisting her head in the direction that she was talking about "There!"
The special sight that Lee was talking about were in fact the Eds, they had large bags around there arms (Well at least Ed and Double d) and were walking at a slow pace.
"ITS THE ED'S!" May yelled loudly causing Lee to cover up her mouth
"Shut you're trap May!" Lee angrily whispered "You know how those Ed's are once they know that you're on to them , there as slippery as a pig in oil!"
"Sorry Lee" May wearily said knowing that she Lost
May is the shortest of the Kankers she has become more fashion aware and never wears the same outfit twice, May also has learned that Ed doesn't have the same feelings for her but that still doesn't stop her from trying to go after him.
"Well girls looks like it's time for operation Love" Lee said in Lovey dovey voice earing giggles from May and a smile from Marie.
Eddward
"Eddy If you could tell me why were doing this and what is in this bag that makes it so heavy it would be very helpful" Double d says while pulling the bag that had been assigned to him.
"The reason were hunting is because were Men" Eddy says while flexing his arm
"Hardly Eddy" Double d Mutters earing another glare from Eddy
"And the stuff in the bag is a surprise" Eddy said proudly
"Ooh I know it's a-" Ed said before Eddy covered his mouth
"Don't ruin the surprise Lumpy" Eddy growled
"I sure hope it's not-" Double d began before Eddy interrupted him
"No it's not beer or wine or anything Like that" Eddy said while rolling his eyes
The boys walked for another minuet ,the sound of the grass squishing beneath there shoes was heard the wind picked up and a sound was heard.
"Wait do you hear that?" Eddy asked
"Sounds like a- oh dear" Double d said before begging to run but the heavy bag held him back
"What is it!?" Eddy said trying to keep the fear out of his voice
"K-K-K-K" Double d stutterd
"Spit it out!" Eddy yelled
"KANKERS!" Double d finally said before running at full speed barley going anywhere due to the weight of the bag
"RUN AWAY!"Ed yelled while scooping up his friends and running
"Why do those dang Kankers always have to show up and ruin everything?" Eddy asked in frustration
"Um Eddy" Double d quietly said
"WHAT!" Eddy impatiently asked
Double d pointed at the bag that was being dragged on the ground that was now about to break the Kanker sisters who were on there right behind them assumed that the bag was for them.
"Ooh Marie look a gift!" May snorted
"Thanks boyfriends!" Marie said while grabbing it and somehow managing to begin to open it up
"HEY get you're grubby hands of my bag!" Eddy yelled
Marie just stuck her tongue out at him before continuing to open up the bag.
"GET OUT OF IT!" Eddy yelled before feeling a hand lightly grasp his shoulder.
"Uh Eddy I feel we have more important matters on our hands Like were is Le-"Double d said before everything went black
