If Soubi is a blank fighter, what does that mean for Ritsuka? Would the Loveless fighter one day come? Would he even have a fighter, since his name was "one without love." Maybe he just didn't, because of his name. Maybe he didn't deserve one. Maybe he was truly destined to live... Loveless.
But, he liked everyone around him. He liked Yuiko, and Yayoi, and Kyo, and Shinonome-sensei, and everyone else at school. He liked Ai and Midori, and Natsuo and Youji. Most of all, he liked Soubi. Could he really be Loveless with them all? Could he really ever let go of Soubi, even if he found his fighter?
Would he, if it came to that? No, he didn't think he would be able to.
