Summary;

❝ Let's break down all of our walls, right now I wanna see it all, ❞

In which Charlotte Swan battles zombies, her humanity and her feelings on her best friend's brother. What could possibly go wrong?

When was the last time you saw your neighbour? Were they coughing? Did they look sick? The undead are now living and walking with the rest, apart from the fact that they are craving human flesh—dying for it, really.

They say the only thing that should be feared is fear itself, I, however, have always thought that was a stupid thing to say; fear shows that you are human, it provides you with the adrenaline to carry on—to survive.

The most scared I've ever been was one year ago when my parents had died in a car accident. It made me feel alone, I didn't have any other family, both my parent's had been an only child from what I was told. But that was turned out to be completely wrong when the police told me that they had found my auntie, I told them there must have been a mix up but they were adamant that it was my mother's sister—which it turned out she was. Thus I was packed up and sent to 'the city of angels' to live with a stranger. It all happened so fast, one second I was standing in my bedroom and the next being picked up in an airport I've never been to before. An 11-hour flight away from my home.

Here was where I met my closest friend, Alicia Clark and slowly began to develop a tiny crush on her brother, Nick. Not that anyone knows or anything.
