Luigi slowly woke up and stretched. It was painful sleeping on the rooftops. He had a sleeping bag in his suietcase, but it barely helped. The princess however, returned to her castle every other night so she diden't develop back problems toadworth had advised.
He looked at his watch, it read 8:00. He had slept in. On normal days this woulden't really matter but today was diffrent. He got up quickly putting on his iconic bowtie, it was too annoying to wair at night.
He put a hand over his eyes and looked across the city. There he saw who he was looking for. Peach had also had her hand against her eyes. She waved excitedly, happy to see her new penpal. Luigi waved back before crouching down to grab his own whiteboard.
He then stopped unexpectedly...what should he write? He though for a minute before writing somthing down.
The princess wondered if luigi was writing somthing or falling back asleep, she could not tell. Then suddenly she saw him rise with the whiteboard raised above him.
'Goodmorning!' It read.
She quickly grabbed hers at the ready.
Luigi saw the princess grab hers and started writing on it. He wondered what she would say.

The penpal thing actually worked!! He hoped up down with happiness and watched as the princess did the same.
He then rubbed out his board before hearing a familiar "Yahoo." Come from the side of the building.
He put the board away before greeting his brother. "Hello bro!" Luigi said with a happy tone. He had missed his brother. "Hello Luigi!" His brother replied hugging him. The too stood there akwardly for a minute. "Do you want to play balloon world?" He asked politely.
Mario went silent. "No I actually wanted to say somthing else." Mario replied. Luigi listened with kindness. "I am going to kill bowser." He said with a sort of choke.
"What?!? Bro...he is nice inside, just a little lonely. I am annoyed he keeps kidnapping peach but honestly, no harm has come to her." Luigi exclaimed with shock. "That's just it luigi...he is the only thing holding her back from accepting me." He said, anger suddenly filling his voice. Luigi took a step back. "Bro, peach woulden't want you actually removing him from the game. Yes, we have put him in lava that he is secretly ammune too...but never killed him properly. Y'know it takes alot of effort to properly...murder someone." Luigi said shaking.
"Your wrong luigi...peach will like me more if I remove him." He explained with a horrible look of anger all over his face. "Fine look, go ask peach first and she will probably say no." Luigi exclaimed. He knew peach had a heart of gold and really thought of bowser as less of a threat and more of a really exaggerated dangerous friend.
"Bro look, I don't need you to stop me! Since when did I ever like you anyways..." with that mario stomped off, leaving his brother with tears running down his face.
How could he? He thought his bro loved him as he loved his brother, but no...that was never it...was it?
Peach could make out two people on the roof luigi was on, instead of one. He suddenly saw the red figure who must be mario, jump off the building suddenly.
That was wierd she thought. Mario usually spent a unfortunatly short time with luigi, that or play baloob world. Never would he stay so long without playing it.
She watched in horror as luigi collapsed onto the rooftop, in a unnatural way. Was he crying? She shuddered to think. Luigi although portrayed as weak infact barely ever cryed.
She knew what to do.
Luigi stayed where he was, his whole body shaking from crying. He could not let peach see him like this, however he had to warn her of mario's plans. He squickly stood up and turned around. His whole face red with tears.
'Are U okay?!' Peach's board read.
He grabbed his and quickly started writing.
'Mario!' Was all he could put down in a short amount of time.
'What about mario?' Her board replied.
'He is going to remove bower from the game.'
She stopped writing for a minute.
'Why?!?' She wrote down.
'Apparently you.' He wrote down one last time before jumping down to head for her building.
All that went through peach's head was...
