RECAP: Shadow had a dream about a girl named Lilly form his past. He woke up and eat breakfast and heard someone knocking. Thinking it was Sonic he ignored it but then the knocks became more urgent and rapid so he had to answer. Once he opened the door he saw the surprise of his life. Lilly!
Shadow stood at his doorstep in shock still holding the limp girl in his arms.
Coming to his senses he lifted the girl into bridal style position and carried her inside.
He put her on the couch and carefully looked over her body for any injuries.
He saw none and sighed in relief.
She started to stir and opened her golden eyes. "Shadow" she said weakly
"Hey Lilly" he replied smiling weakly "whats up"
She looked around and saw she was some where safe and jumped into Shadows arms crying
The hug surprised Shadow but he responded none the less rubbing her back trying to comfort her.
"I missed you so much" she said gripping him tighter.
"I missed you to Lilly" he said closing his eyes trying not to cry "so much"
She removed herself form his embrace and sat back down on the couch.
Shadow quickly moved next to her and she smiled saying "Always protective as ever uh Shadow"
"Oh be quite" he said smirking, she still had her quirkiness intact.
She giggled and punched Shadow playfully on the arm
He rubbed his arm pretended it hurt
Then the both heard a knock on the door.
She jumped up and raced toward the door before Shadow could get to her.
She opened the door and saw a blue hedgehog with blue eyes and sneakers.
