Hi guys! Thank you for reading and reviewing chapter 1 I'm glad people like it so far! As for the pairing; if you do not like who I pair then I'm sorry but you will have to just suck it up because that's who I paired. I added Brittany into the tag because she plays a big part in this story again my decision so there. Also there will be P.O.V's in this as I sort of like doing it from their prospective ?

Here's chapter two and I hope you enjoy it :)

SANTANAS POV

Mikey and I were on our way to school when I got a text from Berry. Ever since we won sectionals I've sort of started to like her, I mean I still tease her, I've got to its my signature move I can't give that up. But she's an alright girl. I guess you can say we're almost best friends? Not the 'oh let's go shopping and paint our nails' crap but the 'there for you whenever you need it' sort of thing, and so far I sort of like that. My phone buzzes, its Rachel i tell Mikey to wait up whilst I reply.

Rachel: Do you have Mikey this morning? Figured we could grab a coffee and a cookie before school :) xo

I smile softly and quickly type back a reply before crossing the road with Mikey clutching my hand.

Santana: yeah, kid duty this morning but sure that will be great! See you in 5? Your paying ?x

Rachel: cheap bitch? meet at mine!

I look at Mikey as he walks down the road playing cops and robbers by himself, sometimes I worry about that kid.

"Hey Mikey! We're meeting Rachel for a drink and cookie." He stops dead in his tracks and smiles wildly.

"Yey! I haven't seen Rachel in forever!"

"Forever ever?" I repeat giggling.

"Forever ever!" Mikey and I hunch over laughing, its our little thing from the famous outkast song 'I'm sorry miss Jackson' that's the only part Mikey knows ever since he heard it two years ago and its just stuck! He loves it! Its good to laugh, to have moments like this with my little brother.

"Hey you fibber you saw her last week remember?"

"Yeah but Ethan made her leave when she came over." I stopped for a bit and twisted my face in disgust.

"Oh right yeah. Um anyways we're nearly there want to catch the last baddie together?" His little eyes light up as he looks at me.

"Yeah! Tag team Sanny! Quick he's escaping!" Rachel's house is in sight anyway so I decided to catch one baddie with him. We darted down the path, Mikey's hands in the shape of a gun pointing in front of him and mine holding my invisible walkie talkie.

"Officer Lopez he's getting away!" Shouted Mikey, he starts to pick up speed.

"I'm on his tail Deputy Lop-" I stop mid sentence and run full force into this dark haired girl, knocking us both to the ground with a big thump.

"Hey look where you're going will you!" I look at her and she starts to stand up rubbing her butt softly with her palm.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry! I'm such a clutz, I'm running late for school and I have to return these scissors to my neighbours and-" I interupt her rudely.

"Uh hello! Still on the floor here!" I reach my hand up and wait for her to grab it to haul me up.

"Oh sugar yeah sorry!" She grabs my hand pulling me up and placing her hand on my lower back to steady me. I don't know why but I, I suddenly felt safe with her as if I've known her all my life. Her beautiful light brown eyes stared straight into mine... Its like I felt my heart wanting to burst right out. It felt so... So weird.

Clearing her throat she moved her hand and took a small step back.

"My um, my names Dani. I've just moved in 2 doors down I'm sorry I bumped into you, are you okay?" Her introduction snapped me out of my day dream. Dani, hmm nice name. Wait why am I saying that!

"Oh yeah I'm okay thanks I'm Santana, I live a few blocks from here." She smiled and played with her long brown locks, I felt the urge to smile back at her cuteness but I held it back.

"Well Santana, it was lovely to meet you but I really have to run these scissors back so." She awkwardly points in the direction of her neighbors house and I get the hint.

"Oh yeah um course I have to go too I'm um taking little Mikey to school." Dani smiles and walks away, rushing to her neighbors house.

"Sanny! He got away!" Whined Mikey as his little lip trembled.

"Huh? Oh I'm sorry buddy, come on let's go see Rachel." As we walk towards Rachel's I keep wondering if I'll ever see Dani again.

"My god where did you walk from Africa!? No time for a coffee I'm afraid, we're going to be late."

"RACHEL!" Mikey rugby tackles Rachel's legs and she stumbles before picking him up and hugging him.

"Hey Mikey! How's my favorite mini Lopez?" She coos him and he giggles; he's such a charmer and he's just a kid!

"Not happy. Sanny let the bad guy get away because she was talking to some girl." Mikey moans and crosses his arms, I can never stay mad at him when he strops its just too cute. I can feel my cheeks getting hotter as Rachel stares at me intently, dammit I'm rumbled.

"Here Mikey, I packed you a cookie how about you run ahead and try find more baddies whilst me and Sanny fall back?" Mikey grins wildly, takes the cookie and plants a big wet kiss on Rachel's face as she puts him down and he runs off.

"Swear he has some sort of crush on you." Rachel's laughs, showing off her pearly whites.

"Not as much as your crushing on the new girl." Crap. I hate the way she gives me that 'you sly dog smile'

"Okay spill; your now living two doors from her."

"Yeah and?" She questions.

"And your dads are gay?"

"What's your point Lopez?" I sigh with frustration.

"Gays are nosey, they smell new people and they are over there in an Ellen Degeneress flash with a whole wheat muffin basket." Rachel stops and gives me dirty looks before continuing to sashay down the path.

"Santana really? My dads HATE whole wheat muffins; its gluten free!"

"Really out of that whole insult you just corrected the muffins?"

"Santana, I've learnt to let your gay insults slide over my head. Anyways my dads haven't been round there yet." Dammit, guess I'm just going to have to get to know her another way.

"Ask her what school she goes to."

"No way! I don't want to get into her panties, you are so you ask her." She walks off ahead shaking her little hips.

I grunt loudly and storm after her. "Dammit Berry what are you good for!"

"Handing out gold stars."

Great! I roll my eyes and catch up to Rachel and Mikey as we nearer his school.

"Right little man, I will pick you up at 4 I have glee practise are you going to be okay?" I rustle his hair and fix up his shirt.

"Yep! Then can we go see daddy?"

"Um, sure. Okay hugs, kisses and have a good day!"

Mikey hugs me tightly and kisses my cheek then runs to Rachel and kisses her cheek.

"Byee!" As he disapeers into the crowd of kids I smile and turn to walk to school with Rachel.

"So are you taking him to see your dad?"

"Yeah, might see if dad will have him for the night too the atmosphere is kind of tense." Rachel doesn't question why she just smiles, links my arm and we continue to walk to school in silence.

"Love you Lopez."

"Love you too man hands."

Well, almost silence.
