Welcome back to the second chapter of my fanfiction! I am so happy with the reviews I'm getting as they help me a lot!
To Tristan494, I forgot to tell you that MysteriousMaker1185 was helping me but, it was mostly with ideas. I'm writing it all and filling in blank spaces. I wanted to make it from Andrew's point of view for the first half of the story to make it more unique.
To TheIndividualist, I wanted to make it as interesting as possible!
To MysteriousMaker1185, I have taken your suggestions from the PM and placed them in this Chapter. I hope you'll like how I've implemented them!
To Ethannalon A. Hilliard, I wanted to make as many as possible and 20 is one of my favourite numbers!
Without further ado, let's move on to Chapter 2!
I woke up from my sleep as my alarm clock went off at its usual time. I got out of bed still groggy as any teenager would to tun off my alarm.
After turning off my alarm, I started getting changed out of my pajamas and into my regular clothes while also thinking about getting a Golden Ticket but, then snapped out of it as I knew that I'd never win a Golden Ticket. I then looked at myself in my bedroom mirror on my dresser. Chocolate brown hair with eyes to match, slightly tanned skin, slim build, typical red T-shirt, dark blue jeans and grey socks (obviously, I wouldn't go commando, but I don't need to describe what undergarments I'm wearing).
I went to the kitchen to make myself some breakfast while also making sure that our cat, Ananas (Olivia chose that name) was fed. After pouring myself a bowl of cereal, Olivia walked out of her room in her typical clothes. Grey sweater, black sweatpants, white socks as well as having jet black hair tied back in a ponytail, teal glasses, hazel eyes as well as pale skin.
After me and Olivia ate breakfast, we went to the bathroom to brush our teeth, wash our faces and anything else we need to do to clean ourselves. We then leave our apartment while locking the door as we walked to our school.
Luckily, we live on the 4th floor so it doesn't take long to leave the apartement building but, that's probably because we take the elevator. We exit the apartement building as we walk to our school.
Halfway there, we encounter Julian, a bulky 10th grader that loves making our lives miserable.
"Hey, I heard there's a stupid Golden Ticket contest hosted by Wonka. I know that some idiot like you would love to go there with all of that 'Pure Imagination'." sneered Julian with emphasis on Pure Imagination.
"What do you want from us this time?" said Olivia with an annoyed tone of voice.
"What I always want! To see nerds like you suffer!" said Julian as he started to run off.
Julian has done many nasty things to us during our freshman year of high school. He once threw a large amount of Exploding Candy at us and then framed us for filling the hallway with smoke. Another time, he hid my clothes when I was in gym class so I was stuck in there for a few minutes.
As we continued walking down the street, we encountered more and more students and they were all talking about one thing, the Golden Ticket contest.
Once we got in the school, the bell rang and we had our first period class, Health. In it, we were learning about the psychological effects of abuse and how it can really hurt people which makes me feel awful about the abused and how dissapointed with the world I can be.
Our next class was Science, where we were learning about the dangers of corrosive materials before we started doing experiments with them. I really enjoy Science compared to others as it's interesting learning on how our world works.
After Science, we had our break which was our time to relax before the next class. About 5 minutes in, I got a notification on my phone and my eyes opened in shock as I read it.
First Golden Ticket Found in New York City!
So that sums up Chapter 2! I wasn't going to reveal any winners in this Chapter but I wanted to tease one for the next Chapter as I wanted to focus more on Part One of a day in the life of Andrew and Olivia. Stay tuned for Chapter 3 where we find out who the first two winners are!
