Chapter 2: The day that changed everything.
Author note: Before I get started with this chapter, there's something i want to point out. If you don't like what you see, don't read my stories if you are gonna say things like retard. Just because i paired Lincoln and Ronnie Anne together and Clyde and Haiku together doesn't mean you go say something like that. This is what fanfiction is, to come up with any story for any fandom that you wish. If you don't like it, get a different hobby. Now what that out of the way, enjoy the chapter.
The story begins with a ten year old Lily playing hide and seek with a three year old Lilo.
Lily: Lilo? Lilo. Where are you?
Lilo: [giggles]
Lily: [in her mind] Hmmm, i wonder. [pretending to give up] Oh well, i guess you win. Now the winner can get some cookies.
Lilo: [gasps] COOKIES!
Lilo ran out from under Lincoln's old bed and went to the kitchen only to find out there's no cookies.
Lilo: Wait, there's no cookies here. Aunty Lily, you lied!
Lily: [laughing] I'm sorry, Lilo. But it was the only way to get you from hiding.
Lilo pouts.
Lily: Don't give me that look! I said i was sorry.
Lilo: [still pouting] Hmph!
Lily: How about this? How about you help me make some cookies for later when your other aunties come?
Lilo open her eyes and looks at Lily with a smile on her face.
Lilo: Sure!
Lily: Great! I go get the supplies.
Lilo: Okay!
A few minutes later, Lilo help her aunty with making cookies. Lori and Leni walked in the house with their mother and some groceries.
Rita: I thought i smelled cookies.
Leni: Hey, guys! Long time no see!
Lilo: Aunty Lori! Aunty Leni!
Lori: Sup, twerp. How's life going for you?
Lilo: Pretty good. I once caught a frog but Cliff ate it.
Leni: Aww, I'm sorry to hear that.
Lilo: It's okay. I can find more. [held out a plate of cookies] Cookies?
Lori and Leni: Sure. [they said simultaneously before taking a cookie]
Leni: Mmmmm, this is totes good!
Lori: You can say that again. [sees Lily] Hey, Lily.
Lily: Hey, Lori. Hey, Leni.
Leni: Heeey, Lily! [hugs Lily very tight] How are you?
Lily: [struggling to breathe] I'm good. But can you let go of me? I can't breathe.
Leni: Oh! Sorry Lily. It's been too long since we last saw each other. [let go of Lily]
Lily: [regaining her breath] I...understand.
Soon, Luna and Luan came in the house.
Luna: Sup, dudettes! Long time no see!
Lori: Hey, Luna and Luan.
Lilo: Aunties! [hugs Luna]
Luna: Hey, little dudette.
Luan: Hey, little Lilo. How are you?
Lilo: I'm good. I'm making cookies with Aunty Lily! [grabs the plate of cookies and held it out] Want one?
Luna: Don't mind as i do. [take a cookie and ate it]
Luan: Well, i have been crumbling for something all day. [laughs] Get it?
Lilo: [laughs to Luan's joke] Good one, aunt.
Luan took a cookie and ate it.
Luan: Mmm, this is sooo good!
Luna: Have to agree with you on that, sis.
Lynn enters the house.
Lilo: Hi, Aunty Lynn!
Lynn looks at Lilo with a mean look and walked away without saying anything to her, making Lilo a little sad.
Lori: Don't worry about her, Lilo. She just having her not so good days as usual. Why don't you go help Lily make some more cookies?
Lilo: [sad] Okay...
Lily took Lilo back to the kitchen to make some more cookies. Lori and the other oldest sisters walked up to Lynn upset of her behavior.
Luna: Dude! It's been ten years and you still got a grudge against Lilo? That's way harsh!
Lynn: So?
Luan: So? That's your answer?! She's you niece too!
Lynn: And?
Lori: Okay i just had about enough here. Lynn, you can't keep treating Lilo like that. She is family after all.
Lynn: You guys can say all you want. It won't change anything.
Lori: [very upset] Why you little ungrateful...
???: Are you guys arguing with Lynn again?
The older sisters all looked at the staircase and see Lucy and the rest of the sisters there.
Lori: [looked at Lynn] Not anymore.
Lola: Well you guys woke me up from my beauty sleep!
Lana: And you woke me up from my nap too! I was having a good dream earlier!
Lucy: Was it about that Skippy boy again?
Lana brushes at Lucy's question and looked away from her.
Lucy: I thought so.
Lana: Shut up! You have no right to judge me!
Lucy: Whatever. By the way, where's Lilo?
Luna: She's in the kitchen with Lily making cookies.
Lisa: I thought i smelled cookies earlier. Well now that you guys had stop arguing, I'm going back to my room and continue my research. [leaves]
Lola: Well I'm going to get my hands on some of those cookies.
Lana: Me too. They smell soooo good. What about you, Lucy?
Lucy: I guess i can have one then head back upstairs.
Lola: Sounds good. Let go.
Lucy, Lana, and Lola walked to the kitchen to get some cookies.
Lori: [turns to Lynn] You better change your attention, Lynn but you'll regret it.
Lynn: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Whatever.
Lori, Leni, Luna, and Luan left Lynn and went to the kitchen with the others.
A few minutes later, Lori and the others sans Lynn and Lisa are eating cookies in the dining room.
Lana: Man oh man, this is sooooo good!
Lucy: It's really is.
Lilo: Guys? Does Aunty Lynn hates me?
Lori and her sisters looked at each other worrying about answering Lilo's question.
Lori: No Lilo. She just...going through some things. She will get over it so just give her some time.
Leni: But you can start by giving her a cookie. That should get her to like you.
Lilo: Okay, i can try.
Luan: That's the spirit!
Lilo got up from her seat, took the plate of cookies, and went to the living room with it.
Lucy: Speaking of spirits, i need to go talk to Grandma Harriet to see how she is in the afterlife.
Luna: You do that.
Lucy got up and see Lilo being very nervous.
Lucy: Lilo? Are you okay?
Lilo: [nervous] I don't know if i can do this. What if she say something mean?
Lucy: Well you got us if that happen.
Lilo: Thanks, Aunty Lucy.
Lucy: Anytime. [went upstairs]
Lilo: Okay, let's do this.
Lilo walked to the living room and headed toward Lynn.
Lilo: Hi, Aunty Lynn. Do you want a cookie? [Lynn doesn't say anything] Okay...i guess not. Hey, did you know that i caught a frog thi...
Lynn: [quietly] Go away.
Lilo: Huh? Did you say something, Aunty?
Lynn: [enraged] I said GO AWAY!!!
In a fit of rage, Lynn punched Lilo in the cheek causing her to fall on the floor and making the plate she was holding to shatter on impact.
Lynn: I told you to go away! I don't want your stinking cookies and i don't want you near me! You is a abomination! A failure! And you will always be that for the rest of your life!
Lynn Sr: [enraged] Lynn Loud Jr!
The enraged tomboy looked at her family who is very upset at her. Lily ran up to Lilo to see if she is okay.
Lily: LILO! Are you okay?!
Lilo turns to Lily and shows her bleeding from her nose (from the impact of the punch) and having tears coming down her face. Lily comfort her crying niece and looked at Lynn very upset.
Lily: [very upset] Lynn, what is your problem?! Why did you have to hit her?!
Lynn: Because that little abomination was invading my space!
Lily: But she is just a little girl! All she want was to spend time with you! Her aunty!
Lynn: How many times do i have to tell you guys? I am not her aunty and i will never will! Why should I be her aunty?!
Lily: BECAUSE SHE IS THE DAUGHTER OF LINCOLN!!!
Lynn: I thought we agreed to never say that name ever again...
Lily: We didn't agree on everything! Even if we did, we would've put an end to it! You need to let go of the past and accept that Lilo has your niece!
Lynn: Why you annoying little...
Rita: Lynn! I think it's about time for you to go.
Lynn: Fine. Whatever. I don't need to be around lame-os who love that abomination anyway. Peace out, losers! [leaves]
Lucy: She got some serious issues.
Lana: Tell me about it.
Rita: Lilo, are you okay?
11 year old Lilo: [narration] What you see now marks a new beginning. A terrible one. Yes, that was the day that changed everything. After that incident had happen, i fell into deep depression and finally lost my happy-go-lucky self. Each day i hear echo of the few words Lynn called me. A abomination, a failure. They just keep echoing in my head over and over again. I tried to escape from the madness and my family tried to help me. But i just cave in and accepted what I'm truly am, a failure and an abomination. [flash forward 8 years later to a depressing 11 year old Lilo] My name is Lilo Loud. And this is my story.
