AN: Hello and welcome back to Hazards Drabbles day 2. Just wanted to thank my good friend Rubilina for the first word Soup. Today is the first Takato POV chapter so let's jump into this one.

Digimon Tamers: Hazards Drabbles

Chapter 2: Love

The day that he had realized he had fallen in love with Rika was typical day, he ate his usual meals and went about his normal activities, he had met up with her to defeat a digimon and as they parted he felt a pain in his chest upon seeing her go.

Takato had never felt love for someone who wasn't part of family before, sure he had loved his parents but that love was not the same as love for another person.

No this felt different, he felt warm inside whenever he saw her and found himself wanting to always talk to her be it through the phone or seeing her. He found himself excited when his phone would go off playing Supernova by the band Tetra fang, a song that she put on his phone herself, saying that it suited him.

For the first time in while he was nervous, he didn't know if he could just tell her how he felt and he certainly knew he couldn't flat out tell her that he was in love with her.

He sighed as he sat on the couch in his apartment wondering what he was to do. He found himself always agreeing to go out to get food with her because he wanted to be around her, but unfortunately he got so distracted by thinking of a way to tell her his feelings that he didn't pay attention much to her.

It annoyed him that he could fight even the strongest mega level digimon without so much as a worry, hell he even laughed at them but he was nervous and a bit afraid to talk to a pretty girl.

He let his annoyance over take him as he threw the glass he was drinking from against the wall, shattering the glass instantly.

At the sound of glass breaking Guilmon came into the room worried about his tamer "What's wrong?" the worry for his tamer causing him not to notice the glass on the floor. Takato grunted a bit "I'm annoyed." Guilmon sweatdropped a bit at his tamers comment having assumed that his tamer was actually in trouble.

Guilmon pulled himself together and asked "Why are you annoyed?" Takato looked at his faithful partner "I think I have feelings for Rika." Guilmon tried to hide his joy over hearing this statement "And that's a bad thing because?"

Takato looked at his partner "Because I'm a warrior and a tamer not a high schooler who gets hung up on some girl." Guilmon laughed "Well sorry to break it to you but you're still 17."

Takato sighed "So any advice oh wise Guilmon." Guilmon laughed once again at his partners behavior "Well I'd say if you actually do have feelings for her then she's not just some girl and maybe you should try being honest with her."

Takato looked blankly at his partner "Talk to her? Really that's it." Guilmon nodded, Takato got up from the couch "Alright then I guess, I'll try honesty what have I got to lose."

Guilmon smiled as he heard his tamer calling the girl "Hey Rika do you want to meet somewhere to talk." Guilmon watched as his partner leave realizing that he had left him with a mess to clean up.

As Takato walked down the street he had made up his mind. He would tell Rika how he felt because he figured why not, love couldn't have been too bad could it?

AN: Alright that's the chapter. This one is fun to write because Takato usually isn't this awkward or as he points out acting like a high schooler. This one is also kind of connected to the first chapter a bit but most chapters won't really be connected. Anyway I hope everyone has a good day and I'll see everyone tomorrow for chapter 3
