I see her there standing in the darkness

Wonder in her eyes

She doesn't tremble when I walk over

Cause I know she's weak no more

I've watched her over and over

She's made me proud

She's strong, never to be protected again

Instead she's doing the protecting

I did something I've wanted to do for so long

I reach out and hold her

I really don't like how this story turned out Oh Well!!
