I woke up to the sun shining through my window. Gonna be late again. I covered every bruise and put on a jacket to hide my arms. I ran to school missing first period, I went to math and took a seat. Your late Puckett Freddie said smiling, man he's cute. I rolled my eyes and opened my book.
Freddie pov
Just seeing Sam reminded me of how much I love her, of course she would never love me back. I remember when we were little and best friends, we would get icecream go to the park and make forts. Every Sunday we would watch movies. One night I saw a huge bruise on her stomich, she told me about her moms boyfriends touching her, I kept it a secret, of course we didn't know about no touch spots so we both thought it was normal. She would spend the night at my house and I would put medicine on her cuts. But one day Carly moved here, they became friends and I pretended to like Carly for Sam to get mad and like me but it didnt work, I miss our friendship but she probley doesn't even remember it.
Sam pov
I miss Freddie and i old relationship, he probley doesn't remember it, all he can think about is Carly why did she have to mess it up, I would give anything for one more fort or ice cream, I wish I could tell him about my mom but I can't and he wouldn't care. The bell finally rung so I ran to lunch I got my pizza and sat next to Freddie, I ate the pizza so fast because I haven't eaten since lunch yesterday, you look hungry Freddie said, you can have mine he offered, thanks benson I smiled. Right as I was gonna make a joke Carly walked up, want to meet at my place after school she asked sure we both replied. She told us that spencer was gonna pick her up early but to still meet her there. The rest of the day went by quickly. I walked in the rain towards the apartment when I heard Freddie yelling wait, I smilied as he meet me and we went together. Once we got inside he looked at me, what I asked what happened to your face he asked sounding worried I touched it lightly and noticed the makeup was worn away. Sam he said I ran up the stairs wait he yelled. Once I got in her house I fixed it with compact powder I keep at her house. Carly Freddie and I spent the rest of the day eating pizza and watching tv, I noticed Freddie looking at me the rest of the time. Carly said she needed to take a shower so I went up to the studio. Hey Freddie said, hey i replied. So he said pulling a beanbag chair next to me, so he paused looking around, are they still doing it he asked I nodded my head slightly. Why didnt you tell me he asked moving closer to me, didn't think you'd care, I said fighting tears. He held my hand, I got a text I got to go I said getting up. Sam I don't think that's a good idea, i have to I said, be careful he said k I replied and left, not mentioning im super scared.
