Hey guys! I'm really glad you liked this story, I wasn't really sure about it cause', like I said before, I'm really used to write one shots or drabbles, usually just funny ones.

"You know you're kinda cute when you're upset? Also, that "I'm the fucking queen" line back there? SO HOT, made me all tingly inside"

Jinx didn't need to turn around to recognize whose cocky voice was that.

"I'm not stealing anything, go away."

"Hey, I was just making a compliment. No need to be mean, sweetheart" He replied with one of his dashing smiles. It'd been a just a few days, but the stupid part of her didn't let her deny that she had kinda missed him. And now there he was, standing right in front of her -way too close for her comfort-. What was it with this boy that made her so uncomfortable? He made her feel so weird, like angry but... glad? at the same time. She dicided she had been alone for too many days, and that that was the reason why she felt so strange around him. It'll pass when she starts hanging out with people again, for sure. Also, she couldn't blame herself for drooling a little bit at the sight of him, after all, the guy's unform didn't let that much to the imagination. She scanned the mentioned piece of spandex, that melted against his muscular body... You could see his abs from like a mile away. And his toned arms, legs and torso? Jesus, don't make her get started on those. It's not like she was blind...

Snapping out of her thoughts, Jinx collected herselft and replied.

"Don't call me that!" She crossed her arms over her chest, even though the only thing she wanted right now was to hex him unconscious just like she had done it with those bullies a while ago. "Now, get out of my way, I have somewhere to go and I'm running late" She looked at him threatingly and spoke again "And, to be honest, I don't feel like wasting my time with the fastest idiot alive"

"Well, well, and here I thought "Hey Flash, Jinx looks a little lonely, shouldn't you go and keep her company? She seems to get all happy when you're around!""

She scowled at him as he leaned against the wall behind him. For a moment, neither of them spaid a word. They just stared at each other, Jinx scowling and looking at him suspiciously, while Kid Flash smirked. After a while, he decided to brake the silence.

"So, Jinxie" What an idiot. "So, what are you up to?"

What? Jinx thought, and she looked at him, astonished. "Are you fucking kiddindg me? Care to tell me how long have you been whatching me?"

"Ahem, let me think" He said, removing his back from the wall and standing straight, holding one of his hands up, thinking how long he'd been following her. "Oh, since about an hour ago"

"What?!" She said as she punched him on the arm and stared and him angryly. "You just witnessed a possible crime scene, did absolutely nothing about it, then you show up out of nowhere and tell me that you've been following me? Well, what a superhero"

"Hey, I did something! I took those guys you knocked out to the hospital and then I sent the police there so they can keep an eye on them when they wake up. Besides, I saw you handle it pretty well on your own. Nice job by the way, you are a natural, Jinxie"

"Fuck off, Flash" She was angry and tired, and right now she didn't want to hang around with such an insuffferable human being. That was actually one of the reasons why she left the H.I.V.E after all. "Since aparently you've been stalking me -wich, may I add, it's illegal- I'm guessing you heard what I told the boy. They just happened to be on my way"

"Keep telling yourself that, Jinxie" He said, smirking.

Ok, she was getting exhasperated- "Yes, exaclty! I will keep telling myself that because it's the truth"

"C'mon Jinx, you know you're smater than that" Kid Flash said getting closer to her, daring to look into her angry eyes and taking her hands in his.

"Who do you think you are, seriosly?! Why do you think you know me?!" she asked while she let go of her hands from him, harshly.

"I know it sounds silly, I know, but I'm sure you're a good person who just made some bad choices. I can see it, I swear" Jinx just looked at him, threatening and puzzled. Still, she remained silent.

"I can tell by the way you act, by the look in your eyes when you heard that little girl cry. I can tell because you saved me from that crazy french woman. And I can tell because you're not with your team right now. I'm sure I was right when I told you that there's something different about you, because there is, Jinx. Come with me, please" and once again, just like he had done it the first time they met, he offered her his hand.

"I only saved you because that bitch humilliated me" And just like that time, she refused it again.

"Haven't you noticed, Flash?" By the time she spoke again, you could feel the poison in her voice. Threatengly, she told him "Everything I do, including that, is only out of selfishness, you just can't see it yet because you've got some sort of silly infatuation on me. Listen to me Kid Flash" She stepped closer, so now their noses were just a few inches away. She lifted her head so she could see his eyes and said "Stop waisting both of our times."

Jinx spun around and started walking away from him, focused on leaving the recent inconvenient behind and trying to recall the directions she needed to follow so she could finally get to her destination and have some rest. Just when she thought the speedster had given up on her, she caught a glimpse of a familiar red and yellow blur coming past her.

"What about the little girl and her brother? What good does it to you having saved them? What do you get from it? Jinx, I..." But before he could finish, she interrupted him.

"Jesus, stop it. You're making a fool out of yourself! That's a completely different thing" Kid Flash raised an eyebrow, gesturing her to continue. "I only did that because cowards sickens me and I belive challenge is something to live for. Those guys knew the little boy had no chance fighting them, and yet, they went for the easy prey. There's nothing brave neither challenging about that" she said, proudly.

"Fine, sure. But that's not reason enough to get into a fight"And the next second, he was gone. -How mature, leaving in the middle of a conversation because you don't want t hear what you don't like, he's suh an- Jinx couldn't finish her thought because the next second, he was back again, however, he was now holding a huge sandwich and had his mouthfull.

"You said something, slowpoke?" He said, trying hard to swallow the huge piece he had decided to fit into his mouth.

"What did you just call me?" She said as she released an hex towards him, but her pink energy barely touched the ground he was standing, cause' he was gone the second her hex left her hand.

"Want some?" He appeared right behind her, offering a piece of his food. Jinx spun around to face him, then she scowled at him and sighed. "It is reason enough for me. I don't want to discuss this with you anymore, I'm tired of your shit and I really want to get some rest right now. Get out of my way"

"Fine, fine" He said, raising his hands in a gesture of peace "Still, you could get some rest in my place though"

"I don't think so" Jinx replied harshly. He was about to try to convince her to stay with him for a few days when his comunicator alarm started beeping. "Don't you have a crime to stop or something?" Jinx said, happy because as much as she'd enjoyed his stupid smile -of course she would never admit it aloud- she was becoming really tired of his attemps to make her belive she was actually a good person.

"Seems like it, sweetheart" Kid Flash said, looking at her, smiling. "But I'll be back soon, I promise" And before Jinx could react, she felt his lips pressed against her cheek. Next thing she knew, he was gone.

After Jinx's shock, pink energy destroyed all of the good lamps left in the halley, making them explode, shattering them all into pieces.

"YOU, ASSHOLE!"
