[Chapter 2: High Five!]
Jenifer stood next to Kim and Zack to watch Jason climb a robe to the top inside the youth center.
"Come on Jason," Kim cheered him on as he started to climb, "you can do it. Come on."
"Come on."
"Come on."
"Let's go Bro!" Jenifer called up as Trini walked over to them, "you can do it!"
"Jason," Trini called up to him getting his attention, "Jason, be careful. If you slip you could really hurt yourself."
"Yo, man, back off, you could make him nervous," Zack protested.
"Nervous?" Jason asked as paused in his climbing, "I never get nervous..." Trini let out a loud gasp as Jason slipped down the rope a little bit before he smiled as he stopped himself from falling. Jenifer glared up at him as he chuckled and continued climbing. "When I climb!"
"But, you should be," Trini called up to Jason not letting the topic at hand go, "you guys, I'll be over there where it's down to earth."
"You should give it a try," Zack suggested.
"Are you kidding?" Trini asked, "uh...you'll never catch me climbing anything that high." Trini turned to leave. "See ya."
"Looks like somebody got the case of height fright," Kim told the other two as they looked back up to see Jason already at the top.
Jenifer smiled when she saw Billy walk over to them while Zack turned to great.
"Yo, Billy," Zack greeted, "my main brain."
Zack clapped hands with Billy as the Blue Ranger walked over to stand next to them.
"Hey," Billy greeted as he smiled though Jenifer noticed that he had some papers in his hand, "actually, I have some pretty exciting news to disseminate." Billy moved to stand in front of them. "I've made a significant breakthrough in the cross polarization..."
"Billy heads up!" Jason called as he interrupted the boy as he sat on Billy's shoulders knocking him off balance.
Jason held on tight to the rope as they started swinging back and forth across the room before they landed in a heap at Trini's feet as she worked out on a weight lifting machine. This made Jenifer, Zack, and Kimberly burst out laughing.
"That was good," Zack said leaning on Kim for support, "you guys should try out for the circus."
"Nah, the circus don't take geek clowns," Bulk's voice spoked up making the laughing Rangers to super up.
Skull laughed as he followed Bulk over to the robe as the other three walked up to them.
"Why don't you guys just crawl back to the ooze you came from?" Kim asked.
"Oh, that's funny," Bulk told her as he rolled his eyes, "especially coming from a friend of the monkey man here."
Jason stared back at Bulk with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Yeah?" Jason asked as he walked a bit forward, "at least I can make it all the way to the top."
"Hey, hey, hey," Skull said as marched up to Jason getting in his face, "are you saying that Bulk can't do it?" Jason silently stared back at him while Jenifer was looking back and furth. "Yeah, that's what you're saying all right."
"Step aside," Bulk said throwing Skull away as he then got up in Jason's face, "let me show you how it's done."
"I think the right term is how it's not done," Jenifer told her friends earning her a glare from Bulk, but she just stood there looking at him.
"Are you sure you know how to work this thing?" Kim asked.
"What do you think I am?" Bulk asked, "stupid?"
"Well, you know what they say," Zack said grabbing onto the rope, "if the rope fits, climb it!"
This caused Skull to laugh as Zack threw the rope to Bulk who glared at him as he caught the rope. A look of concentration crossed Bulk's face before he jumped up, grabbing onto the rope with both hands, and slipped…falling to the floor. The group of friends along with some other people in the Youth Center started laughing, however, they started laughing harder when a confused look crossed Skull's face.
"Hey Bulkie, I thought you were going up," Skull told him
Bulk glared at everybody and spat into his right hand while Skull spitting into his left before trying again. Once again, he jumped up, grabbing onto the rope, and fell down though this time he pulled the rope and some parts of the ceiling down on top of him.
"Oh yeah, Bulk, you really showed us this time didn't you?" Kim asked in taunting manner when bend down to his height.
The Rangers all walked away from Bulk and Skull as Billy started to talk about thing that he thought up of.
"See I...uh...had have finally completely a narrow beam transitional module that well allow wave functional at an extended interval," Billy told them as they walked before he paused when he saw his friends just staring at him. "Well? Aren't you all excited?"
"I well be as soon as I figure out what you just said," Zack answered.
"He's created a communicating device using micro waves," Trini translated.
"Affirmative," Billy confirmed as he was digging his hand into his locker, however, it wasn't long till he turned around holding onto six watch-looking things. "See, we now have now have connection to Zordon and Alpha in the Command Center."
"This is morphinomenal," Kim told him as she smiled while handing them out to everybody before hooking hers around her wrist.
Kim let a smile appeared on her face as she looked down at the pink face of hers.
"They respond to tactile pressure followed by auditory stimulants," Billy nodded as he was sliding his onto his wrist.
"So, what you're saying is all we do is push and talk like this?" Trini asked going to press a button on the communicator.
Everyone else followed her lead and pressed a button before yelling surprise as they teleported.
"Hmm," Billy hummed as he made a face, "the neutrino power grid must've crossed modularized."

"Uh oh," Alpha muttered, "in coming."
Alpha quickly dropped to the ground as in a flash of rainbow colored light, Kim, Zack, Jason, Trini, and Jenifer all landed on top of Alpha while seconds later, Billy landed on top of them. With groans they all got to their feet.
"It appears my communicator malfunctioned," Billy said with a sheepish grin.
"Oh, welcome home boys, home girls," Alpha greeted his friends, "what brings you to the hood?"
"Too much TV," Zack answered.
"I commend your latest invention, Billy," Zordon spoke up, "not only did you build a communicator, but you have also tapped into the Command Center's teleportation unit. With proper adjustments, it'll allow you to teleport here in an emergency." Billy's friends clapped him on the back. "But, until Alpha can reprogram it, it'll serve as a two way communication link between the Command Center and each other wherever you are."
"Hm, this is easy," Alpha said after taking Billy's communicator before he started repairing it. "I just have to reflux the...uh-oh."
Alpha started moving at warp speed around the Command Center making Jason, Trini, Kimberly, Zack, Billy, and Jenifer backed up, trying to get out of his way. The Rangers all stood around the Command Center talking and asking questioning when all of a sudden a blurring sound started to go off.
"What's that noise?" Zack asked confused as the others all looked around.
"It's Rita," Zordon answered making the Rangers all look up at him, "she sent a device to open up a time trap and the Puttie Patrollers are gathering outside the town. Find out what they are up to while I analogy the time device."
"We're out of here," Jason told Zordon before all six of them vanished in flashes of colored lights.

It didn't take them long to appear behind a large rock before moving to where they could look to see the Putties.
"What are they doing out here?" Kim asked as she turned around to look at them.
"I don't know," Jason answered, "but we better stay here and keep an eye on them."
"Hmm," Billy hummed nervously, "I don't believe that's a liable obviation any more."
"What are you talking about?" Zack asked without looking at him, "this perfect camouflage."
"It was," Trini told him as she tugged on Zack's shirt sleeve, "about ten seconds ago."
The other four all turned around in surprise with being caught.
"Huh, we better morph," Kim said in a panic.
"No," Jason told Kim, "Zordon said that we got to try to take care of things ourselves before we use our powers." Jason looked back behind him. "Come on." All six of them ran away from the Putties leading them away to an opened field before taking on their own group. "Billy, Trini, lead some away. Spread them out."
Billy and Trini did as he ordered took off with some of the putties right behind them. Jenifer also moved away from the others with her own group of putties following her. Once a good few feet away from the others, but still in their line of sight. The Silver Ranger turned back to the putties with a smirk before a fight broke out. However, the putties pushed her back over to Jason, Zack, and Kim where the putties trapped them inbetween a group of them. It didn't take long for Trini and Billy to return from taking care for their own putties. The two Rangers went under the group of putties that where keeping the others inside their circle and broke them apart.
"Form a human chain now!" Jason ordered making them all to separate, "Zack!"
Jenifer, Trini, and Billy moved further back as Zack jumped up onto Jason's shoulders before he laid back like he was laying on a bed.
"Ready."
Kim moved towards them, turned around so her back was facing Jason, and then hooked her arms over Zack's legs.
"Let's go," Kim told him once she was ready.
Jason then started to spun around while Kim had her legs off the ground and working together allowed them to send the putties to the ground without morphing. The team watched as their clay foes ran away from them.
"Congratulation Power Rangers," they heard Zordan say, "you did a superb job dealing with the putties." Trini and the others all turned around at the sound of his voice while smiling. "And special congratulation to you, Trini, for over coming your fear in the face of an emergency." Jason patted Trini on the shoulder while the others all smiled at her. "Hold your proposition everyone. Our scanners of located a new threat. Rita has sent a new creature named Bones don't to the amusement park. He can fire energy bolts out of his eyes, jump long distances, and can even make himself disappear. He probably control the time device as well, so get moving, Power Rangers." The six Rangers pulled out their morphers and held them in front. "It's Morphing Time!"
"Parasaurolophus!"
"Mastodon!"
"Pterodactyl!"
"Triceratops!"
"Saber-Tooth Tiger!"
"Tyrannosaurus!"
…...
The 6 Rangers all appeared in amusement park fully morphed before striking their fighting stances.
"Power Rangers!"
"Here let me help you get a head," Bones said with a laugh as he took off his head before disappearing after having thrown his head. "Into the time warp all of you!"
The Rangers all cried out as they were thrown into some kind of weird world. After landing the 6 teens all stood up and looked around the area confused.
"How strange."
"Man, what is this place?" Jason asked before he noticed something coming at them, "look out!" Bones moved to fast for the Rangers to get out the way in time so they where hit and sent to the ground with a cry of pain. The 6 Rangers quickly got to their feet before pulling out their blasters. "Blade Blasters Up!"
Now it was the Rangers that charged forward towards Bones when two goons appeared and the girls tagged team one of them before Kim noticed a bomb.
"Jason look!" Kim cried out as she pointed.
"Hey!" Jason yelled when he noticed it, "stop!" The Red Ranger ran towards the bomb hoping of getting there, but Bones created a creak in the ground that sent the Rangers rolling away from him, but Jason jumped back into fighting him. "Come on! Blast him!"
The other 5 Rangers turned their blades back into blasters before taking aim at Bones and then firing making him fall to pieces.
"Yeah."
"Alright."
However, Bones pulled himself back together again before Billy figured out how to destroy him for good.
"We have to destroy his head," Billy informed them as he jumped up and snatched the head out of the air before wrapping it up. "Trini catch!"
Billy throw the head over to Trini who caught just as the skeleton monsters went in for the attack only for Trini to destroy them before she kneeled down next to the crevice.
"So long bone head," Trini stated as she throw the head into the crevice where it exploded.
The other Rangers watched as the body fall backwards before exploding as well. However, their victory was short lived as a hand busted through the dimension and grabbed Jason and then pulled him out making the others yell out for him. It was also then that the bomb went off sending the Rangers flying out of the dimension and onto the ground.
Once the other Rangers were all up on their feet again they all yelled in shock and worry for Jason who was being held back what looked like a knight of some kind. Jenifer yelled to Jason in fear as the Knight moved it's free hand to finish the Red Ranger off only for said Ranger to pull out his blaster and fire at the Knight's face making it to let him go. The Silver Ranger ran over to her Brother once he had landed on the ground with the others right behind her. They all then looked up as the Knight pulled out his sword and swing it at them making the Rangers to dive to the side.
"Zordon!" Jason called out, "we need Dino Zord power now!" Just then the ground broke apart, revealing a giant T-Rex hiding underground. The large mechanical red T-Rex rose from the crevice before it roared as the Rangers all ran to it.
"Alright," Jason said as he looked at his Zord, "now that's what I call power. Let's kick some Giant." The others all watched from the ground as Jason jumped up into the cockpit of the Zord. "Morphin'." The Red Ranger activated the T-Rex Zord. "Dino Zord Power on!" The Rangers all watched as Jason took on the Knight and winning. "How am I doing Zack?"
"Morphinomenal, yeah," Zack answered with a cheer.
"Time to chill this dude out," Jason stated before the some of gust kicked up destroying the Knight with easy.
The Rangers all cheered as the Victory while the T-Rex roared as Jason appeared on it's head.

After the battle 5 of the 6 the Rangers all sat in the Youth Center while the Owner Ernie was talking to one of the teens as they walked by.
"Yeah, I heard on the radio," Ernie was saying, "6 superheroes saved the park form this zombie guy." The 5 Rangers just sat listening to Ernie trying not to smile. "And they call themselves the Power Rangers."
This time the 5 Rangers all smiled and laughed quietly as Ernie walked to behind the counter.
"Speaking of which," Billy started to say, "um...our communicators...um..." Billy stood up with the others as they followed him. "Are fully functional again thanks to Zordan and Alpha."
"Cool," Kim said with a smile as she turned to him, "so we can teleport and communicate with the Command Center with this things?"
"Affirmative," Billy answered as the other three appeared behind them.
"This is so 90s," Kim said as she tried not to squeal.
"Oh, and Trini," Billy spoke up, "I really want to express my gratitude for you helping me out earlier today."
"Yeah," Kim agreed as they stood by the robe from earlier, "the way you climbed those rocks where morphinomenal."
"I guess what they said is true," Trini stated, "you don't know what you can do until your force to do it. I hope I can be confident like that the next time."
Just then they all heard a growl that made Trini scream before she jumped onto the robe and climbed all the way to the top while Jenifer hide behind her Brother.
"Well, it looks like you really did over come your fear of heights," Zack's voice sounded making Jenifer looked around her Brother while the others all laughed.
"Zack," Kim laughed as she pushed the boy before Jenifer slapped him upside the head.
Trini looked down at them before shaking her head in disbelief.
