Ok ok I know I really should have gotten back to this sooner but life so anyway. . .
ON TO CHAPTER 2!
They moved together hand and hand (to Batman's continued discomfort) because truly no matter what vision Superman used or Batman set his cowl to they couldn't see an inch away from their group and when they were not touching the other members appeared blurry. They walked forward in silence, Superman at the head, than J'onn, Flash, and Batman at the tail. They continued like this for a while as Batman became more and more agitated by the lack of information he was receiving from his surroundings; all he knew was that it must be some sort of magic for it to stop any detection from both him and Clark.
Suddenly their progression stopped causing Bruce to knock into Wally. "What happened?" His deep voice came from the back of the line, J'onn's monotone replied "There is a wall", "And a door" Superman added as his hand found its way to a golden handle. The moment his fingers touched the handle a white door materialized for all of them to see. "Humf" Batman's eyes narrowed at the sight; well, it would be pointless for them to go back but an unknown being wanted them to go forward. The Martian looked towards Batman as if he'd heard something. 'Stay out' J'onn looked down in what appeared to be a small nod then turned towards Superman. "I think we should see what is on the other side." "Okay, anyone object?" Neither Flash nor Batman said anything. "Alright" Superman pushed down on the handle and swung the door in.
*Sigh* I know it's short but I basically turned chapter 2 into chapter 2 and 3 and split it in half cuz I thought it worked cut like that. So basically you're getting what was originally one chapter split into two. (Also I can upload this faster)
