Chapter 2: Planning a Wedding

In the Living room...

"YOU'ER GETTING MARRIED!?" Yelled the various acquaintances of the Phantomhive boy and butler. After the events of the previous hours Sebastian had contactated and gathered all of his and Ciel's closest friends [Pawns in Ciel's case], to tell them the big news of his recent betrothal. Ciel was still quite un enthusiastic about the "marriage" but all of his effforts to quell the excitement of it all were diminished by the constant interjections of his guests. He may not have been able to end their contract but he could attempt to avoid any form of legal, or public matrimony, however he failed to keep the very idea of a wedding at bay and inadvertently became unwilling participant. "Yes, it was quite a shock to me as well, even so it was out of convenience. Therefore we must be as supportive as we can." Said Ciel lying through his teeth [litterally], as he pretended to support the union. his jaw was clenched in somewhat well hidden anger as he mentally screamed in emotional anguish, and cursing his butler for putting him in this situation.

Prince Soma was quick to begin asking questions,"Who is this lady that has won your butler's heart Ciel?" He asked with excitement. It's unknown if Ciel Would have chortled at this notion or snapped into a rage, even so he kept himself in check as he answered, "Her name is Angela Blanc, she is the former maid of the Barrymore manor in Houndsworth." Finnian began to whimper at the news, as well as Mei-Rin he was hoping that it was someone else anyone else, but his prays didn't seem to be answered. "You don't say… Is she nice?" Asked the eager Indian prince. Ciel looked away internally shuddering at the lie he'd have to devulge, "Y-Yes, s-she is very n-nice." Yes she was very nice, so long as she isn't trying to burn down an entire country or slaughtering a family, then yes; she would be considered quite pleasant. The noble couldn't help sweating with anxiety after getting out such a faux sentence.

Soma then gave a big smile and stood straight up with a confident look on his face and excitement in his eyes. "Well in that case, you have our full support my friend!" Ciel was emotionally exhausted from trying to compose his disapproval so he staggered toward a chair and sat down trying to relax, whereas Sebastian was ready to go into "self-assured-douche bag-mode". He pulled out a list of tasks and announced "Everyone, I require your assistance in all of the arrangements for the ceremony and reception party…" Suddenly the paper was swiped from the butler's hand by the blonde Trancy as he giggled heavily with glee. "Oh no the groom doesn't get to oversee any such preparations that duty will fall soely to me while you go and spend quality time with your lady friend." Said the Earl as he shooed the butler away. Sebastian was astounished to have his roll taken over but nonetheless he bowed in compliance as Alois read from the list of who would do what.

All the while Lau sat luxuriously on a chair with Ran-Mao on his lap as always, "Sir are you really going to allow your butler to marry? I thought someone of your sort would oppose this kind of situation." Lau said with a smug yet tender tone in his voice. Ciel let out an indignant groan as he responded, "Let's just say this match is one that cannot be undone, not even I have a say in it." He said begrudgingly as he gave a glance back at the eccentric group of companions who were all excited for the wedding planning. Suddenly Alois out of nowhere up Alois sat next to Ciel holding a book filled with pictures of wedding cakes and recipes on how to make them. "Alright Ciel since we're the coordinators we'll be picking out the color schemes, themes, and such for the bride and groom to choose from starting with the cake, do you suppose the French vanilla-dark chocolate marble cake is a suitable choice or perhaps red velvet?" Ciel heaved a deep sigh hoping that this nightmare would be over soon.

Back in the spare bedroom…

Angela stirred awake most terribly tired as rubbed her throbbing head. She then paused to acknowledge the contract mark that marred the back of her hand. She sat up slowly fighting the fatigue and aches all over her body, then looked down to find that she was naked except for the bandages wrapped around her torso, she pulled at them to check on her injuries which were now fully healed making her releaved. The angel was glad to have recovered from her wounds however she wasn't too thrilled about being bare so she covered herself with the comforter as she looked around until her gaze fell upon the chair next to the bed and found a set of clothes on it waiting for her. It was one of the Phantomhive household maid dresses without the apron and headwear, and a pair of dark brown boots. She got up from the bed almost stumbling a bit, but she managed to compose herself by supporting her weight onto the chair before gettting herself up. She eventually found the strength to get dressed though there was still some internal physical pain but she managed to finish putting on they dress and shoes then make her way to the door.

She stuck her head out first and looked around to see if the coast was clear. Seeing no one, she stepped out and shut the door behind her. Suddenly Mei-Rin was running down the hall, carrying a very unnecessary amount of fabrics in her arms. She noticed Angela and meant to stop but unfortunately fell over, the fabrics went airborne as she landed face flat on the ground. Mei-Rin looked up embarrassed thinking she had made a mess but as it turned out, Angela had caught all of the fabrics, not to mention they were neatly stacked as unlikely as it may have been. "A-A-A-ANGELA!" The klutzy maid stuttered as she bowed in respect. "H-How are you this evening." The angel smiled graciously, "Oh I am fine, Are you okay? You took quite an unpleasant fall there." Angela asked as she handed Mei-Rin the neat and tidily folded sheets, "Y-Yes I'm alright thank you!" Mei-Rin said with another bow. Angela gave another smile as well as a warning for the maid to be more careful in the future then walked away in the opposite direction. The astonished maid looked at the sheets and said to herself, "WOW, she's just as amazing as Sebastian." she then noticed how Angela was looking around like she was lost, being a faithful and dutiful Phantomhive maid was all too eager to help her.

Mei-Rin then came up to her and asked, "U-Um pardon me miss Angela but are you looking for Sebastian?" Angela tensed at the mention of that name. She whipped her head toward the maid in shock with a look that practically demanded answers. "I-I can take you to himif you'd like!" She said excitedly before grabbing the reluctant former maid's hand and leading her downstairs where the others were.

Back in the Living room…

Everyone had just been given their tasks from the list based on their skills and expertise; Finnian was to gather the fowers, Agni, Soma and Bard were tasked with managing the banquet, Elizabeth, Lau and Ran-Mao were charged with the decor, and Mei-Rin and Paula were ordered to make Angela's wedding gown. Immediately everyone began discussing everything with one another enthusiastcally about everything they had in mind. Ciel however was not pleased with being a co-coordinator, hell he wanted nothing to do with any of this madness. He began voicing his displeasure to the spider and raven butler whilst everyone else was preoccupied with each other. "I will have no part in this ludicrousy, your bond by contract to that woman is infuriating enough and...Are you listening to me!" Yelled the blunette as the two ignored him in favor of picking out wedding cakes, contemplating on a red velvet-french vanilla marble.

Soon the butler began to sense a familiar faint aura approaching which made him look up with his usual smile dashed with a splash of excitement. "Ah hello dear." He said making Alois look up while Ciel turned to see Mei-Rin walking into the living room with a pleasently smiling Angela at her side. Everyone looked over to the two women and gasped at how beautiful the unfamiliar white haired lady was. Ciel growled lowly while Alois asked aloud, "Who is that?" He said as he studied the peculiar, lithe, pale woman as she stood elegantly with her hands positioned in front of her lap, and her posture was perfect-too perfect like some who was likely not human and putting on a façade. Sebastian walked over to the lovely newcomer before taking her by the hand and planting a chaste affectionate kiss to the back of it.

Whatever discomfort and disgust she harbored toward the butler for such an action was well hidden by her sweet unwavering smile. "Did you rest well my love?" He asked charmingly as a light radiated from the couple's beautiful act. "Yes I did." She responded happily while the loving butler walked behind her to hold her closely to himself still holding her delicate kissed hand. "To those who don't know her this is Miss Angela Blanc, my fiancée. He announced proudly, "Hello to you all." She said ever so happily. Ciel wanted to wretch watching this farce if he were as ignorant as the others were the sight would've still been too sickening to watch, they were really laying it on thick. Alois was probably the only one who could see through it he was already speculating that Angela wasn't human since she was marrying what he assumed she knew was a demon. "So who is she really, Ciel?" Alois asked quietly enough for only the other Earl to hear as he darted his eyes toward him scrutinizingly, without turn his head from the scene of the gathering group of people who complimented the couple.

Ciel sighed heavily in exasperation before answering, "She's the Angel of massacre I spoke of before during your last visit to the manor." He said. Alois's eyes went wide as he absorbed the information he remembered what Ciel had told him about how a fallen angel was responsible for his family's death, and the fire set on London last year, but if memory served she was suppose to have been slain by Sebastian. 'Hm she must have survived somehow." he thought.

Sebastian slides his other hand from Angela's side and discreetly grabs her other wrist pulling her away from the crowd as he said to the others "We are counting on all of you to do your parts well, I'll be back to check on your progress in due time." He said as he continued making his bride uncomfortable, She however kept herself composed and said, "Do your best now!" She concluded.

"YOU!" Called an enraged voice from the living room entrance as the doors were forced open with a loud bang. Everyone looked on in shock as Grell stood in the doorway angrily sneering toward the immortal couple. "How dare you steal my Bassy- oof!" Before anything more could be said a black blur leapt in and flattened the nonsensical red reaper holding him firmly in place to the ground with a dark colored pruner. It was William come to retrieve Grell from the Phantomhive manor. "I thought you'd be here again, Sutcliff." He said simply as he pushed up his glasses sternly. "Oh wonderful! More gardeners!" Alois cheered running up to the pair leaving Ciel to face palm and groan, 'Wonderful even more madness.' He thought.

While everyone was preoccupied with the newcoming reapers Sebastian took a firm hold of Angela then led her out of the living room unnoticed. "Come with me." He said in anxious and excited haste as he pulled her toward himself. "W-Wait! Where are you taking me?" She demanded in a mixed combination of frustration and dread. Soon they were in Sebastian's bedroom, where he had thrown her onto the bed. "You are mine now…" He said as he began kissing and caressing the angel's wrist. After pulling down Angela's sleeve he started licking her forearm down to her elbow slightly making Angela struggled to get away. "… I am allowed to do as I please with you." Angela's eyes turned from fear to anger on a dime, "This wasn't part of the deal! Get off me you shitty devil!" Angela whipped her free hand across the demon's face, stunning him long enough to let her go only to find that she merely wounded him with a scratch. She used his shock as a chance to escape making a mad dash for the door, her hand grabbing the knob, until she was immediately halted by Sebastian's hand holding the door shut, pinning Angela against it."Why ever would you not want me to caress you? I thought you would be eager for my touch." Sebastian said in a whispering tone while moving his fingers across Angela's quivering lip. "Do you not still desire me? I do hunger." He leaned in to her, their faces met, and finally he was able to plant a kiss on her lips.
