Prologue
It was a beutiful night, the wind was whispering, and the stars were twinkling. Ichigo and Rukia set atop his houses roof, looking up at the stars.
"Rukia, I was wondering..." Muttered Ichigo.
"Yeah?" Questioned Rukia.
"What's going to come of us if...well what happens if one of us fails? Like maybeChadhedoesntevenknow..." Raced Ichigo.
"Wow...Wow...Wow...Wow...Slow down. We'll all pass. Yes, Chad will have a little more trouble than the rest of us, but
he will do fine..we will all do fine." Assured Rukia.
Ichigo worriedly looked back up at the stars and the Moon clenching his teeth. Rukia could tell he was nervous, he and Chad
were two of the only people in their crew who couldn't really control their spirit energy; ESPECIALLY CHAD! The only advantage
he had over a normal person was he had a FREAK-ISH Spirit powered arm!!!!

Ichigo laid on his bed stairing up at the ceiling as the sun began to come up. He eagerly awaited the sign
from the Soul Society. Shiba said that the sign would be the soul of a Raven, that would come and would
perch for Ichigo to easily see.
Ichigo laid their, rolled over and said:
"Rukia, when is this sign suposed to come, I want to get this annoying test
over as quickly as possible?"
Rukia sat with her head on her knee looking down into her lap, and replied:
"It should be soon, I was told that it would come at sun uppp..."
Just as Rukia finished, a flash of black phased through the window and landed on Ichigo's bedpost. It looked at
Rukia, and then at Ichigo and Squelched at an ear deafining squelch.
Ichigo jumped up, and Rukia raised her head and said:
"...It's Time..."
