Finn's POV
As I approached the treehouse, the sun had already gone down. The only thing lighting the land of Ooo was a faint moon in the foggy sky. I opened the door to the treehouse for it to be silent, not an unusual thing at this time. Anyway, I climbed up the ladder to arrive in the living room. I decided to process everything on the couch. As I sat down my backpack fell off me, spilling its item's onto the floor, but there was one that caught my eye. It was a letter, with a seal containing an axe base, and a skull.
"Hey, how did this get here?" I thought aloud "Welp, I'll just read it anyway"
When I broke the seal, the letter unfolded itself, it shocked me for a second, but I soon came back to my senses. When I read it, what the letter was asking was astonishing, it read:
Dear Finn,
I am writing to you to ask a certain favor, for you to join my rank's in my demon army. This may seem like a stupid idea but let me tell you what we have, that your current master does not.
1. Stronger and better equipment, instead of idiotic candy spears and shields, we have great armor made of metal from the homeland of the empire!
2. Instead of one person ruling all, I give pieces of my empire to my generals, if you join us you could rule a kingdom!
3. Free guitar lessons, I have a feeling you play the bass, so I'd give you guitar lessons free of charge!

I was shocked, first that she new my name, and second that it was pretty convincing. But I knew I couldn't join, it's against my code of honor. I already signed a 3-year hero contract with PB, so I'd be breaking the law. Though at least if the princess rejects my service, I can still fight… for evil!
I knew that my backup was wrong, but I couldn't stop fighting, it was my nature. After packing all of my items in my backpack, I hid the letter in my hat so no one would find it. I stayed up and contemplated what had happened today until I drifted off to sleep.
