Morning came slowly and Dash was the first to wake up. He was reluctant at first as his cheek was pressed into the softest and warmest pillow he had ever slept on. After rubbing his eyes, he turned around to see Voyd sleeping peacefully looking more beautiful than ever.
Dash quickly ran to check on Jack-Jack, that baby was really unpredictable and had 17 powers. Keeping him in a calm state was like sedating him. Jack-Jack was still sleeping like a log.
After changing into a T shirt and short pants, Dash ran down stairs to the living room to watch cartoons on the big TV.
There were only boring breakfast shows so Dash ran to the kitchen to make himself some breakfast. Seeing as Voyd was his guest and since he had a small crush on her, Dash decided to make her breakfast as well.
Dash was too short reach the stove on his own so he had to kneel on one of the dining chairs to be able to do so. Climbing onto the chair with a box of eggs, he began cracking them into the pan and moving them with a spatula slowly as not to break anything.
Dash wasn't just physically quick, he could be mentally quick if he knew what he was doing. He should have been a straight A student in Mathematics but something about that subject held a grudge against the boy. Physics,Chemistry and Biology were his strong subjects, the rest were simply unnecessary in his opinion.
Dash put the 2 plates of Bacon and Eggs on the table alongside a box of cereal for Jack-Jack on the high chair. He wolfed his breakfast down insanely quickly and put his plate back in the dishwasher.
After strapping Jack-Jack into the high chair, Dash then had the debate of whether he should go wake up Voyd. It was 9 o'clock already.
Tiptoeing into the guest room, Dash silently opened the curtains as quietly as possible before sitting on the side of the bed he slept in earlier on and poked Voyd on the cheek gently with his index finger.
Voyd's eyes coughed to life as they flickered open slightly and before she saw a cute little energetic 12 year old with big blue eyes who was currently poking her with his finger
"Good Morning Voyd!" He said with his youthful voice.
"Did you sleep well?" he asked as he leaned into her.
"Huh...me …..o...Uhh it was good I guess, was I hugging a talking teddy bear last night?" She asked with curiosity as she locked her emerald eyes with his blue ones.
"Oh…. I think that teddy bear was me." He said looking away blushing slightly
Voyd too blushed but then she chuckled and said something that made Dash extremely happy
"Well, Dash I enjoyed it alot so thank you" she said before patting him on the head
After remembering that she was supposed to be the one looking after him, she looked at the clock on the bedside lamp and said
"Right, I'll brush my teeth and go out and make you some breakfast." she said as she walked to the bathroom
Dash gawked at her fit figure that was built like a runner but then gulped and ran in front of her and said
"It's ok, I kinda cooked some breakfast for you!" He said flashing her a wide toothy smile
Voyd smiled at the little gentleman and smiled at him. She desperately wanted to just hug him tightly then and then due to how unimaginably cute the boy was, but she kept her composure
"Thanks again Dash, but next time please don't bother yourself trying to tend to my needs." she said as she pinched him on both sides of the cheek before going to the bathroom as Dash continued to look at her. Her pyjamas revealed quite a lot of her light bronze color skin which looked really smooth.
Dash was sort of lost in a trance as he continued to stare in a curious way.
Sensing that someone was watching her, Voyd quickly turned around to see Dash who was still looking with an eyebrow raised
"Dash?" What are you looking at?" she said blushing slightly. "Was the 12 year old doing what she thought he was doing?" She thought to herself
Dash immediately broke out of his trance and turned as red as a lobster before he sprinted down the stairs quickly clearly embarrassed to the point of no return.
Voyd laughed out loud and began brushing her teeth before changing into her normal clothes
A low cut top and a pair of short running shorts.
Due to her powers, her turquoise blue hair never got messy so it always stayed on the left hand side to her liking
She walked downstairs to see the energetic Jack Jack who was playing with his cereal whilst laughing to himself. Dash was sitting on the couch watching some cartoons whilst trying to hide his still red face.
After silently eating her breakfast, Voyd walked over and sat next to Dash, when her presence was detected, the boy only blushed heavier.
"Dash are you ok?" She asked in a soft calming voice. She already knew what the answer was but she just wanted to satisfy herself and hear it for herself
"Uhh yeah, I'm good" Dash said before looking away even more.
"Dash, what's wrong?" Voyd said with more seriousness in her voice
"It's nothing…" Dash said before quickly sprinting away. He was too embarrassed to tell his crush that he was gawking at her because he thought she was beautiful.
Before he could even run 5 yards, Voyd created a portal in front of him to which his forward momentum caused him to fall through and end up landing on Voyd's lap.
"Dash." She said patting his soft blonde hair, "Just tell me what's wrong and I'll try to help you with it." she said sounding like a mum caring for her child
"Well… will you promise you won't tell anyone…. Especially mum or violet?" he asked with pleading eyes.
Voyd could not find it in herself to lie so she simply nodded.
"Well, I'm sorry if this is a bit cheesy, but you're a very beautiful and fit girl Voyd, and I really like you." Dash said before looking away in embarrassment
Voyd then looked at him and pulled him in for a hug nestling his head underneath her neck
"Dash…"she said as she hugged him tightly
"You're a really cute little boy… learn to be brave and admit things." she said as Dash sunk his head into her inhaling her scent
The 2 were locked in that position for a long time before Voyd began to feel the heat either from her blushing face or from the fact that it was really hot in the house
"Is it always this hot honey?" She asked before ruffling his blonde hair and looking at him
"Uhmmm, I think the air conditioning might me broken." Said Dash as he ran over to check the remote.
"Yup!, It's broken! It says it will take 24 hours to reboot." Dash said as he put the remote back into the holder
He turned around to see Voyd wearing nothing but her low cut top and a dark green swimsuit underwear.
"Umm Voyd why have you stripped off your other clothes?" Dash said blushing as he covered his eyes
"O come on Dash!, It's really hot and it's not like you haven't seen me like this before." she said giggling whilst blushing slightly as well.
"That….. Is a good point" Dash said and he ran up to his room and changed into his boxer shorts which had a large lighting bolt on them
Voyd almost burst into laughter when she saw Dash in his boxer shorts. She complimented him on how he looked extra cute in his boxer shorts.
"Maybe we could relax in the swimming pool!" Dash exclaimed as he ran and cannon balled into the pool.
Voyd agreed with him and she elegantly dived into the pool after him.
Once both were submerged in water, Dash quickly swam over and leaned by the poolside next to her.
"The water feels really nice against my skin." said Voyd as she rested her head above the water.
"Well, I hope we beat the heat!" Dash said energetically
'It's a shame Uncle Lucius isn't in town, I would have called him over to make some ice!" he said cheerfully.
"I heard that there's an open air theater about 4 klicks away from home." Voyd said as she caressed Dash's cheek and smiled.
"Well I don't have a car and Dad gets really angry if someone drives his car." Dash said in disappointment
"Dash, I'll drive you in my convertible." Voyd said as she began taking off her underwear unbeknownst to Dash. She put her green underwear on the side of the pool and brushed her hair out of her eyes.
"Umm Voyd….. Why did you just take off your underwear?" Dash asked curiously. He had not been educated in that area of business yet but was just curious in why the young super heroine had just removed a certain part of her clothing.
"The water just feels so good around my skin" said Voyd as she swam closer to him.
Dash backed away quickly before blushing as he realized what was going on
"Mum said not to do anything bad with girls until I am at least 18!" Dash exclaimed as he looked away.
Voyd chuckled and smiled at him. The boy was even cuter when he acted innocent. He was obviously way too young to be experiencing adult themes.
Not being able to resist him anymore, Voyd pulled Dash in for another hug.
The 2 embraced each other in the sunset. Dash was pressed into her turquoise hair and Voyd rested her neck around his.
After a while, Voyd checked her watch before sighing.
"It's almost time for us to go now" Voyd said her voice with reluctance. She wanted to just hug Dash for the rest of her life. Something about the little boy just excited her.
Dash too wanted to be Voyd for the rest of his life. She was really cool and did entertain him…. Not to mention that Dash found her really beautiful and he did enjoy her company.
After jumping out of the pool and changing within a couple of seconds. Dash had already hopped in the front seat of Voyd's red convertible.
'OH COOL! I LIKE THIS CAR!" he said in his usually energetic voice.
Voyd laughed as she locked all doors and windows before driving off into the night with a cute little blonde boy next to her who was yelling in excitement the whole journey.
After about 15 minutes of fast driving. The 2 young supers reached the open air theater where most people were waiting for the film to start in their cars. Some were sitting on the floor and some were sitting on their hood.
"Come on Dash" said Voyd as she elegantly leaped onto the hood of her convertible.
She was now wearing tight sweatpants and a plain white T shirt.
Dash had difficulty climbing up onto the hood due to his height disadvantages so Voyd spawned to portals for him and he ended up on the hood.
The 2 young supers lay within an inch distance next to each other. The film turned out to be a romance movie.
Normally when he was with his family, Dash would make faces or be obnoxiously loud just to make a point, however now that he was lying next to a beautiful young girl who had a crush on him. Dash simply laid still and tried to enjoy the film.
90% of the film was basically people just kissing each other lacking a storyline.
Whilst the 2 young supers were starting to get bored, they noticed that everyone in the open air theater were madly kissing each other as if they were going to die soon.
"Awww mannn ! That is disgusting! They're kissing in public!" Dash said wide eyed as he stared into Voyd's beautiful emerald orbs.
Due to Voyd's shy nature, she didn't feel like kissing the cute 12 year old in public. Not that she didn't want to though, she was afraid people would immediately start assuming things. From another person's perspective, she looked like a mother who had took her kid to the wrong film
Before Dash could make another comment, Voyd hugged him tightly pressing his face into her chest.
Dash blushed but didn't make a comment. Voyd chuckled to herself as she stayed in that position hugging her real life teddy bear that she had grown closer and closer to even after 2 days.
They suddenly broke apart from each other and looked into each others eyes. Voyd lost herself in Dash's big sky blue ice and time stopped when Dash stared into Voyd's emerald ones.
Slowly inching forward bit by bit like a hungry tiger sizing up his prey, Dash moved closer to Voyd and closed his eyes ready to experience his first kiss with a girl other than his mum. Voyd too closed her eyes as she prepared to kiss the first boy other than her dad.
They got closer and closer until Dash could feel Voyd's warm breath on his face. She smelled like mint and lavender which intoxicated them. Voyd could also smell Dash's breath which smelt of candy and soda. The minty smell fused with the artificial ester smell which sparked something within the both of them
Only half an inch separated their lips from each other
Damn that was a pretty long chapter xd! I am starting to like Dash and Voyd more and more everyday. There just SOOOO COOL together!
I got my ideas from someone via the initials (BPM) He gave me some pretty good ideas for the up coming chapters and I'll try to add them in.
Sorry if a bit of the story veered towards the slightly sexual side of things haha, I'll try not to do that again as this is the incredibles but I think simply hugging and innocent smooching is decent xd.
