Since the day was still slow, during his lunch hour Mac went to the Jewelry store. He wanted to find the right ring for Lindsay. As soon as he went in a certain ring caught his eye. It was on a sliver band and it had a row of little blue sapphires going across it. He thought it would complement Lindsay's eyes. Mac called the sales clerk over and asked if he could get the ring engraved with "I Love You Forever Lindsay – Mac." The sales clerk said it would be ready in 3 days. When Mac got back to the lab, he gave everyone the day off. So he and Lindsay headed back to her apartment in Queens. When they got in they watched TV. Mac sat on the couch while Lindsay sat in his lap with her head on his chest. Listening to his heart, then Lindsay said to Mac. "Where were you during lunch?." "Um no where Linds." Lindsay looks up at Mac and said "Your being sneaky, Mac." Iam not doing anything Linds. Honest, unknown to Lindsay tomorrow night it was all going to change.
