or any of its content, I am using words straight
from the book and I do not own most of them.
CHAPTER 1
When I finally came to for good, There was nothing
strange about my surroundings, except that they
were nicer than I was used to. I was sitting in a deck
chair on a huge porch, gazing across a meadow at
green hills in the distance. The breeze smelled like
strawberries. There was a blanket over my legs and
a pillow behind my neck. All that was great, but my mouth
felt like a scorpion had been using it for a nest.
On the table next to me there was a tall drink. It looked
like iced apple juice, with a green straw and a paper parasol
stuck through a maraschino cherry.
My hand was so weak I almost dropped the glass
once I got my fingers around it.
"Careful, sleepy head." a voice said. I looked over and
the girl that was feeding me the pudding stuff was sitting in a
chair on the other side of the porch. I vaguely remembered
calling her pretty earlier.
"You're awake!" someone shouted. and I saw my Latin teacher,
Mr. Brunner coming towards us. Except where his legs should be
was... a... horse? "Mr. Brunner?" I asked. "It's Chiron, Percy." He
said. Great, now my latin teacher is a mythical centaur and minotaurs
exist. So I did the sensible thing; I fainted.
Hey people, sorry it took so long to update, I've been really busy.
Anyway, here's a chapter, and A Percabeth romance will probably
be updated too. Until next time,
