"Why the heck are you drinking coffee?" asked a teenage boy in a white hoodie. The other teen frowned at his friend, his red jacket curling around his neck. The two friends were walking down a crowded street in the downtown area of Amity Park. The cool wind blew against everyone and the firery leaves on the few trees in the city, threatening about an early Winter snow.

"Because I'll feel its warmth as it creeps down into my stomach?" he responded as he took a light sip. The heat spewed from the top of his cup like a phantom of a Ghost Sense.

"But I thought you hate bitter stuff," the other commented.

"That's why I had asked for chocolate syrup in it," he replied. The other rolled his green eyes.

"You mean half of it is full of chocolate syrup. Of course I've forgotten how much you love sweet stuff," he muttered. He glanced at his blue-eyed friend before he smirked. "You sure have a sweet tooth Danny." The said teen rolled his eyes as his friend continued to jab him with his comments. That is, until one hit a sore spot…

"Heck, soon you'll be as big as your Dad!"

"How about I pull down your hood so that everyone could see you, Phantom," the blue-eyed teen threatened as he took another sip of his coffee while his friend's eyes flashed under his hood.

"Excuse me, Danny, but I wasn't aware that you could manage such a feat," Phantom said in a condescending tone. Danny glared at the ghost, tempted to accept his challenge, but he shook his head.

"Whatever," he said as he took another sip of his hot drink. Phantom stared at the drink, half-heartily wishing it was a bowl of ramen noodles…

"Too bad we can't have any ramen noodles right now," Phantom said discreetly, then burst out laughing when Danny's mouthful of coffee was flung out of his mouth. The ghost was still chuckling when Danny took his opportunity to take the ghost's hood and pulled it down, revealing Phantom's famous snow-white hair and tanned skin. Phantom's eyes widened when he realized what Danny had done.

"Oh my Gosh!" a girl screamed nearby, her finger pointing at the now revealed ghostly hero. "It's Danny Phantom!"

This immediately caught everyone's attention. And more fan boys/girls quickly rushed at the ghost, wanting his attention on them. Phantom leapt into the air, glaring dark at Danny – who was drinking his coffee as if nothing had happened.

"I'll get you back for this," Phantom said as he ascended towards the sky. His fans tried to follow him in his wake, all the while; Danny was watching, coffee still at hand. He gave the beverage a look before he turned around and started walking home.

"Well, I guess I better make him some ramen noodles then," Danny said to himself with a coy smile.

I know this one isn't really romantic, but I do find it funny and cute. :3

I swear that the next one will be more...intimate. And hopefully the story after that one has nothing to do with food. XD
