Weed Whacking
A mother and her two daughters went outside, and the mother was getting ready to teach them about gardening. They learned how to plant flowers and dig up weeds.
"The weeds will cause the flowers not to grow," said the mother, "we need to get rid of them so that the flowers will grow."
Now, Slervon was hiding in camouflage near the mother and her two daughters. He overheard what the mother said about weeds.
"So, weeds cause the flowers to wither, eh?" said Slervon, "let's see what the boss has to think about this one!"
Slervon went back to the Evorian base, and tried to summon Count Zygon. Count Zygon was near Slervon at the time.
"Hey, boss!" said Slervon, "wait up! I have to talk to you!"
Count Zygon stopped walking, and Slervon approached him.
"What is it?" asked Count Zygon.
"I have an idea," said Slervon, "what if we create a weed that will stunt all plant life and harm the people?"
"Hmm," said Count Zygon, "that might be a good one! Arcor!"
Arcor quickly came to Count Zygon's presence.
"Yes, boss?" asked Arcor.
"Make a weed monster for me," said Count Zygon.
"Right away, boss!" said Arcor.
Arcor went to his laboratory and began working on the next monster project. He created Weedon and took him to Count Zygon for his approval.
"So, boss," said Arcor, "what do you think of this one?"
"I think that he will work," said Count Zygon, "go ahead and send him down!"
"At once, boss!" said Arcor.
Arcor began spewing poison at the public and plant life. The people began to run wild and panic, while the plant life near some businesses began to wither. Some of the people were affected by Weedon's poison, and ambulances came to the scene to quickly take them to the nearby hospital, Mercy Hospital.
The alarm sounded in the Temple of Luma, and the rangers came as quickly as they could in front of the viewing screen.
"What's going on?" asked Jose.
"Well," said Estria, "we have a plant monster who is poisoning the people and destroying the planets of the city."
"Then, we have to stop them!" said Nick.
"It's morphin' time!" said Maurice.
The rangers morphed and arrived on the scene.
"That's enough!" said Maurice.
"Whatever!" said Weedon.
Soon, some Planet Patrol soldiers began to appear in front of Weedon. They charged towards the rangers, and the rangers charged towards them. The rangers were able to defeat the Planet Patrol soldiers with some difficulty. Weedon was the only one left.
"Now, it's your turn!" said Nick.
Then, Weedon shot thorns at the rangers, and every ranger was hit. They fell to the ground and became weaker. Weedon began to laugh evilly at the rangers' misery. Then, Weedon proceeded to shoot electric jolts at the rangers while they were down. The rangers were miserable.
"We have to do something!" said Shauna.
"I have an idea!" said Nick, "everyone, take your blasters and blast him!"
All five rangers drew their blasters and fired at Weedon. As a result, Weedon fell over, and the rangers stood up.
"Alright," said Maurice, "we've got him! Now, let's put him down! Let's form the Dragon Bazooka!"
The rangers combined their weapons to form the Dragon Bazooka. Maurice carried it on his arms.
"Ready! Fire!" said Maurice.
The blast left Weedon unconscious. The rangers also briefly celebrated. Count Zygon noticed the situation, healed Weedon, and made him giant.
"Whoa!" said Jose.
"Alright, Estria!" said Maurice, "we need the zords!"
"They're on their way!" said Estria.
The five dragons came to the rangers, and the rangers hopped inside their respective dragons.
"Alright, guys!" said Maurice, "let's form the Dragon Power Megazord!"
"Right!" said the others.
They combined the five dragons and formed the Dragon Power Megazord.
"Alright," said Maurice, "let's do this!"
Right away, Weedon shot thorns at the Dragon Power Megazord. As a result, the Dragon Power Megazord fell to the ground. Weedon laughed at their misery. Then, Weedon proceeded to place his right foot on top of the Megazord.
"I have an idea," said Maurice, "fire blast!"
The Dragon Power Megazord shot fire from its upper body. As a result, Weedon felt it, and he fell over. Then, the ranger got the Dragon Power Megazord to stand up.
"Alright, guys!" said Maurice, "let's get back in this! Let's finish him! Dragon Saber, now!"
The Dragon Saber appeared in the Dragon Power Megazord's right hand. They then powered it up, and they slashed it through Weedon. As a result, Weedon fell to the ground and exploded. Weedon was no more. The rangers briefly celebrated.
"Slervon!" said Count Zygon, "that was a horrible idea! Where are your brains? Because they are not working."
Slervon ran away from Count Zygon in fear, and Count Zygon could not catch him.
The public who were stung by Weedon's thorns quickly recovered as if it never happened.
"Good job, rangers!" said Estria, "I've very proud of you! We're going to send Count Zygon packing!"
They all smiled and went their way.
