When Michael found out that Cariel escaped he sent out his best to capture her and send her back to him. However things proved to be more difficult than he expected when everyone he sent after her never came back.
Little did he know that Raphael had intercepted the solders he sent and told them to kill her instead? Michael grew angrier by the day and when one of his best actually made it out alive to deliver a message from Cariel "Back off" being what she said to tell him he was enraged he vowed then and there she would regret ever going against heaven. Going against him….
Michael had constructed a cell next to his office outside it looked like a normal door however when you opened it you were stopped by a second Medal door enochian sigils encarved in it. There was also a reclining chair their next to it was Naomi's tools because Michael firmly believed if you want something done you have to do it yourself.
He decided to set a trap up for Cariel after Anna had willingly given herself up when questioned about it she said nothing they however weren't above torturing and after an hour or so she spilled.
So he decided he would let Anna go. He would track her himself and when Cariel went to kill her he would be waiting for her…..

Michael wants Cariel back on Heaven/his side and he is at the point he will go to great lengths to get her.
Castiel will have to make a very big decision regarding Cariel soon when Michael threatens to kill Sam or "rat' out Cariel to him.
