Vongole would sit at the door every day at the exact same time – the time when Kristoph would usually come home after work.

No matter how hard Klavier tried, the dog wouldn't be moved at all, only retreating when the sun has long set and his master still hasn't returned. Even treats didn't work.

One day, Klavier gave up trying.

Another day he finds himself sitting crosslegged on the floor next to the dog, staring at the closed door, reliving old memories. Vongole hits him with his tail. Klavier draws him closer.
