The portal opened and Sesshomaru walked out with grace as if the cold and snow did not bother him. The miko however, came back in time with a scream and a very ungraceful fall, butt in the air and face in the snow "I hate time travel!" She yelled.
Sesshomaru stood with one raised eyebrow at her clumsiness. Kagome picks herself up "Woah, where are we?"
"We are in the same spot in which we left, it was unwise of you to follow me, I will not protect you"
"Well, that's fine, because we are not going anywhere!" She yelled now standing in front of him "If you think I will let you kill Inuyasha, your wrong!"
He looked down at her finger, which was pointing at him.
"Ahm"
Both Kagome and Sesshomaru looked over to see his grand demon of a father standing there, and he didn't much look happy "What is the meaning of his, why have you come"
"Father" Sesshomaru stated,
"I know my son, and you are not of this time"
"I have come to correct something"
"More like kill something" Kagome spoke under her breath,
"Be silent woman"
His father raised an eyebrow "Whats this?"
Kagome laughed nervously and waved "Hi"
His father walked up to her, half bleeding "Oh no, your bleeding"
He ignored her and touched her face "What a pretty human girl, your eyes are bright"
She blushed "Um"
He pulled back "You two should go, Sesshomaru is coming"
"I remember this day" Sesshomaru spoke,
His father eyed him, sadness showed, and at that moment, Sesshomaru felt remorse and he stalled a mistake. He had only a mere second to take out his sword and stand between his past self and the miko.
"What is the meaning of this" The young Sesshomaru stated,
"I have come to fix a mistake"
"Why are we protecting a human girl" He sneered,
"Woah, your way mean in your young years, and here I thought you where bad, dang he makes you look good"
"Kagome" The old Sesshomaru said her name, which sent a shiver up her spine "Ok, I get it"
The young Sesshomaru growled "So, is this what I am to become" Be backed off,
"I will leave you to deal with father"
The older Sesshomaru grabbed Kagome by the wrist and drug her alone "By guys!" She waved to both past demons, who stood confused in the snow.
"Well my son, it looks as if you do have something to protect"
The younger Sesshomaru narrowed his eyes "No, now, you must entrust your sword to me, you are not long for this world"
"I do not know if you noticed or not, but the older you were not holding the sword you really wish to have" His father turned from him "I must go"
He stayed silent,
"Will you stop me"
"I won't"
"Very well my son"
