A few days later after the birth of Hikoyasu, Nana was released from the hospital with her dear baby son. Nana brought him back to her home. Iemitsu stayed for a few days before leaving for his work in Italy.

When Iemitsu arrived in Italy, he immediately requested a meeting with Vongola Nono, Timoteo without his guardians.

~ Vongola's HQ, Timoteo's office ~

"Iemitsu, what did you want to discuss with me? It must be important when you do not want my guardians to know."

"Nono, I am sorry about not letting your guardians join you. But I have important matters to tell you."

Timoteo wondered. "What is it?"

Iemitsu laughed joyfully. "My wife, Nana gives birth a few days ago and I am finally a father!"

But Timoteo noticed the sadness in that laugh and signed.

"Congratulations, Iemitsu. However…" Timoteo's eyes became serious. "I am sure you did not just come here to tell me that. You have something else on your mind too right? Tell me about it, I want to know the truth."

"Okay, I really cannot hide anything for you..." and Iemitsu calmed himself down. "It regards about my wife. She actually gave birth to a pair of twins. But then, after the blackout in the hospital, the younger twin, Tsunayoshi disappeared. Nana was crying really badly."

Timoteo twitched. "What did you do to Nana-san to make her stop crying?"

"I used my Dying Will Flames to seal of that part of her memory so that she can calm down."

Timoteo was enraged. "WHAT?! Why did you do that?! You know I do not approve of using Dying Will Flames on any normal citizens!"

"I am really sorry Nono! But this was the only way to stop her from crying!"

"Fine," and Timoteo signed. "But what did you think happened to Tsunayoshi when the blackout occurred in the hospital?"

"I think he was taken away by someone related to the mafia, Nono."

Timoteo raised an eyebrow. "Why do you say that Iemitsu?"

"When the blackout occurred, I was just outside the room. I did not sense the presence of anyone entering the room at all."

"It must have been someone from the opposing Famiglia. Iemitsu, I will find out where Tsunayoshi is right now!" Timoteo stood up and head towards the door.

But Iemitsu stopped Timoteo. "You do not have to do that Nono. After all, I think that Tsunayoshi is dead by now."

Timoteo turned to face Iemitsu. "WHAT?! Are you such a cold person to not even find proof that Tsunayoshi is dead before saying that?!"

"Yes, it will be for the best that there is only one last resort to use for the Vongola Heir candidate. I will treat this as something good for the Vongola Famiglia."

"You are seriously a really cold b****rd."

Iemitsu smirked after hearing that. "Nono, please keep the matter about Tsunayoshi a secret between the two of us."

Timoteo has sadness in his eyes. "Fine."

A person was listening to their conversation secretly while recording what Timoteo and Iemitsu were saying. The person had sad eyes while listening to the conversation too.
