Hey guys, So I decide to continue with the story. I wanted to see how could it work. Enjoy this chapter thanks :)
After everything Logan heard between his best friend and sister, He still tried to find Haley. He needed prove to himself that this had to be the right girl, He wanted to know if Jasmine was going to be his future girl or Haley.
Logan searched and searched, he was going to find her. He just didn't know where she was, he tried texting her- that didn't work. He tried talking to any of her teachers, asking if they saw her earlier.
That was a no brainier.
''Logan?'' Logan hoped to turn around and see his girlfriend, That wasn't it. Instead he saw one of Haley's friend, Jessica, he knew Jessica since they dated. He found as a pleasing girl. She had brown-blonde hair, piercing blue eyes, and sun tan skin.
''Jessica, Hey, have you seen Haley, by any chance?'' Logan focused his eyes on Jessica, as she started to look away and touch her fingers as it trembles. As much as Logan knew Jessica, he knew if she looks away, She's lying or is hiding something.
''Um..No, I haven't seen her the whole day, it's weird to think a friend would actually be back in school instead of missing, haha am I right Logan?'' Jessica nervously chuckled at her low joke. Logan smiled small at her then chuckled in his head.
Oh something is defiantly up.
Logan eyed Jessica from toe to head, He could tell she was hiding something. ''Yeah, are you sure, you didn't see her, Maybe caught a glimpse of her but didn't know it was her.'' Logan furrowed his eyebrows as Jessica tried to change the subject.
Now Logan was getting annoyed, He knew his girlfriend and she would never miss school. Haley had this tendency to never miss a lesson or activity of school, In her life. You could call Haley school addicted.
''Jessica, Just tell me! Where's Jasmine!'' Logan nearly shouted, But then went wide eyes as he realized what he did. He didn't even know why, he mentioned her name. He was confused- Yeah that was it.
Jessica stared at Logan, clearly shocked he got the mixed names. Jessica loved her best friend but deep down, she knew her and Logan weren't going to make it. She didn't see it. Jessica one time, asked Haley to talk about their real feelings and all.
But all Haley did was ignore Jessica for a week.
''I..Um sorry, I don't even.. Im sorry Jessica for yelling, I have to ugh go and find Haley.'' Jessica watched as Logan gave her a small smile and turned the opposite way. Jessica called Logan's name out multiple times, but he didn't dare go back.
Logan raced to his locker, catching his breath from trying to escape from Jessica. He leaned his forehead on his locker and took a deep breath. He was so confused, he thought he was going to call Haley's name not hers.
Logan looked at the empty halls as the first period class started, he didn't even bother to go to class. He was to stressed out of the day, he couldn't find his girlfriend, his best friend likes him more than a friend, and in all things to make everything clearer, he was lost.
Logan decide to walk off the stress. He walked for 3 minutes, just trying to clear his head. Once that didn't work, he sat at the nearest stairs, dropping his bag next to him, and bring his hands to his head.
His best friend, she had feelings for him. How could I not see it, Logan thought, they were never the ones to keep secrets to each other. He loved Jasmine, as a friend of course.
It wasn't that he didn't see them together, it was just weird to think about them a couple. Logan did think Jasmine was beautiful, everything about her, her laugh, her smile, and her personality.
Maybe I'm over thinking about, Me and Her as a couple, Logan signed and looked at his phone, The period was going to be over in the next 30 minutes. He decide to go to his messages and click on Jasmine's.
His thumbs were close to touching the keyboard. He didn't know what to type, What do you tell your best friend, when you find out she likes you. Logan groaned and pressed the home button, the messages disappearing.
Logan then heard voices, his head jerked up to see George talking to a brown haired girl. Logan couldn't see the girl, since her back was facing him, but he had a feeling it was Jasmine.
Great, Something to think about more. He looked at George feeling sudden anger bolt up, he never liked him. Logan made it clear to the whole group that he disliked George, He called him a douche, pathetic and a coward.
Logan remembered the first time he met George, Jasmine was announcing the truth behind them dating. Logan congratulate them and went to hand shake George, only to be left with un-shooken hand. In the end, George warned Logan to stay out of his way and Jasmine.
Since that day, Logan has had hatred toward George, he never mentioned it to Jasmine, since they were dating and didn't want to interfere. Logan looked at the couple and saw that George gave Jasmine a kiss on the lips, then left.
Couple seconds later, Logan stood up and made his way over to Jasmine. He needed to talk to her about what he overheard. Logan stood behind Jasmine and tapped on her shoulder.
''Hey Jasmine, can we talk for a sec-Haley!'' Shocked/ anger ran over Logan's face, as he thought Jasmine turned around it was his girlfriend. He felt a ping on his chest, Haley was cheating on him with his best friend's boyfriend.
After the second period rang, Lindy went to search the only person that can help her in Jasmine's solution, Garrett, Lindy ran over to Garrett as she saw him near his locker. Lindy knew he was the only one who can help her.
''Garrett!'' Garrett flinched at the screeched voice, as he turn around, he saw Lindy Watson coming toward him. Garrett found himself getting nervous but tried to act it off.
Garrett closed his locker and reached up to Lindy, Be cool Garrett, don't act weird or stupid, Garrett reminded himself. It was obvious that he has a major crush on Lindy. For some reason Garrett can't tell her his feelings for her.
''Lindy, hey what's up.'' Garrett reached for a smile to Lindy, Lindy though crossed her arms and let out a puff of air. Garrett knew something was bothering her, He could tell the ways she was not looking at him.
''Lindy?, what's wrong?'' Garrett signed and reached for Lindy's hand, ignoring all tingles in his body's, he brought her somewhere private since, all the students were being to noisy.
''Garrett, I need you help,'' Lindy asked softly, then looked down and noticed that there hands were still attached. Lindy felt her cheeks heat, she liked there hands together. It just felt right to her.
''Yeah, what is it?'' He suddenly wondered, Why does she need my help, I'm not even good at anything, Garrett frowned at his thought. It was true. He was never that well at fixing things. All he ever did was chicken out in everything.
''Well, okay just don't say anything to Logan, but I think Jasmine still likes Logan!'' Lindy popped out of her mouth, while Garrett stood wide eyes and shocked. Garrett always knew, he wasn't good at keeping secrets.
''Why?.. Why are you telling me this.. you know I suck at keeping secret. I sweat. Then I panic and sometimes it just comes out..'' Garrett rambled on, the Lindy put her hand over his mouth keeping him quiet.
Lindy let her hand go out his mouth slowly, but she could help and notice how close the two bodies actually were. She could feel Garrett's warmth and body heat, she knew Garrett had some effect on her.
Garrett felt the same, as he stared down at her, then her lips. Looks so soft and pink, Garrett felt more crazy once she bit her bottom lip, He knew it was a common habit for Lindy every time she was nervous. What would she be nervous about?
''I'm telling you this because, you are Logan's best friend and I'm Jasmine's. so you talk to Logan about Jasmine not to obvious though, and i'll talk to Jasmine about Logan one more time, we'll see if they can get us to admit their feelings.''
Lindy took a step back as she explained her idea, Garrett took time to stare out of space. He was thinking about his best friends affection for each other. He could tell there was some sort of bond between them.
''Okay. Makes sense, but how will this help them be together.'' Garrett justify, he would happy to see them together. Maybe he could get some confidence to ask out Lindy. Like she'll ever go out with you, Garrett cursed at his head.
''It wont, well I don't think so. There both to stubborn to say anything to each other, so were going to leave them until they can be together on their own.''
Now Garrett was more confused as ever, this idea or plan will not work. Or at least he didn't think so, Lindy though crossed her arms again and smirked at Garrett's confused face. She thought it was really adorable. Wa-it did I just call Garrett adorable
Lindy serenely did.
''Wait! That doesn't make any sense, so we bring them together, by not bringing them together and letting them work it out on their own. it will never work.''
Lindy squinted her eyebrows as Garrett continued, ''Jasmine is to stubborn and wont even talk about her feelings, and Logan is Logan. They will not talk this out, unless they both realized that they dated the wrong person or so something,''
Garrett felt his shoulder whimper, Another stupid idea Garrett. Though Garrett shrugged off his thought as he saw, his beauty blonde giving him a slim grin.
''Now that doesn't sound so bad, maybe if can convince both of them, that they were suppose to be together. they might realize that they were destined to be together,'' Lindy was ease, her best friend and brother could finally be together. Lindy looked up at Garrett and saw a smirk appear to his face.
''Destined huh, yeah I have been thinking a lot about that. Two best friends become close and turns out to have more chemistry. I don't know it just feels familiar to me.'' Garrett tried to make a hint, he wanted to try and show Lindy, that she meant than a friend to him.
Lindy put her lips together, Was he talking about us. Lindy shook her head mentally. Probably not we were just friends, he couldn't feel the same. Lindy gave Garrett a small smile, feeling something in her chest tingle as Garrett gave her a wide loving smile.
''Of course! It's Jasmine and Logan who gave us that feeling, because their destined to be together.'' Garrett frowned at Lindy, who obviously didn't get his hint. Lindy looked surprised at Garrett as his smile turned into a frown. It made her feel upset.
''Yeah, and at least we dont have to see George in the group anymore, I always hated that guy. He would always flirt with other girls even in front of Jasmine!'' Garrett face turn to a reddish color and veins popping out of his neck as he spoke.
Lindy felt the same, but she knew if George was gone there would be no problem.
''I know! like that one time he flirted with me in front of Jasmine, It was so immature and rude of him, to even flirt with me.'' Lindy voice rose. George always had some sense to be a full on jock. He was like that, not caring on other people's feeling.
Sure, George was good looking. He did have the lightest brown hair, perfect white teeth, Very shadow of blue eyes, and budges of muscles. Though deep down he was cruel, he was uncaring and most of all rude.
''He.. he flirted with you! how did I not know this! Im going to go punch him!'' Garrett growled at the thought of George flirting with his girl. Lindy went full eyes, as she saw Garrett bring his fist up and ready to walk away.
Garrett was ready, he wanted to punch the living crap out of George. Even if he wasn't fit as George, He hated him and he was surprised, he actually flirted with Lindy. As Garrett took some step, Lindy grabbed his wrist to stop him.
''Look it was a long time ago, The first time we let him in our group, but I told him off with it. So it's fine, don't get mad.'' Lindy gave Garrett a small smile, She was happy that he would actually defend her. That what she liked about Garrett: sometimes he can protective and goofy or shy.
''Okay, but just so you know I would have tried to punch him, but knowing my state of muscles. Probably was going to end bad for me instead of him, but still your worth it.''
Lindy smiled at him, then brought her arms to embrace him. Which he didn't decline, Garrett brought his arms around Lindy's waist tight. Garrett felt Lindy put her head on his shoulder. Garrett smiled.
Maybe Jasmine and Logan weren't only the destined people.
Enjoyed the chapter, I know no any Jogan in this chapter but the next chapter will have some for sure. I want to see how this goes so yeah. Please review/ fav on this story. I am thinking about posting the next chapter maybe next week or earlier.
