Emma finished giggling to Manny's joke about her ex Craig Mannings, just as Peter entered the class and her eyes sort of widened, "Peter this isn't your class." she looked around, class was starting in 3 minutes and he would get introuble and probably her too!

She had a PERFECT record. She did not need detention!

"Jay told me everything." he snapped at her, leaning on her desk as she gave him an outraged confused look.

"Everything what?!"

The loud voices caught some peoples attention, espashally Jay's when he heard his name and glanced over twice when seeing the scene and grinned. Wow! He didn't think Peter would do it during class, what PURE entertainment!

Emma glared back at Jay over her shoulder, and he sat in the back, leaning in his chair and watching amused.

"Whatever he said, he's a liar." Emma taunted Peter, giving him a look like he was stupid to believe whatever Hogart would say.

"Are you cheating on me?"

"No!" Emma yelled back at Peter like he was even more dumb and out of line.

"Then you weren't at the movies the other day when you told me you were sick?" Peter challanged, crossing his arms.

Emma thought about it then shut her mouth til on reflex, it dropped. Oh yeah, she did lie to Peter that day. But she went with little harmless Toby! I mean come on! Nothing would EVER happen there, as if! It's just... Peter was getting really clingly and she just wanted to get away for a day..was that so hard to ask? Answer to question: Yes. It was hard to ask someone like Peter for a day off of being a girlfriend because he over reacted to everything. So she lied. But she did NOT cheat!

Peter looked angry, watching Emma's nervous habit of biting her lip and looking down. Guilty. But only on one account!

"We're done!" he yelled at her and infront of the class since everyone was staring. Some students even began to 'ohhh' and cheer for Peter, thinking Emma was some cheater and she madly stood up.

"Peter I didn't cheat, I'm not that type of girl!" she yelled after him as he glared once more at her and then went out the door, shoving by the teacher.

Emma glanced to the back to where the hardest laugh was coming from. Spinner and Jay. Amy was even snickering. Emma totally forgot she saw Jay at the movies with some fake blonde bimbo...she didn't think he'd turn it into something like this though...even HE knew Toby Issacs wasn't the type for a girl like Emma so he PURPOSELY, RUDELY, did this.

Emma suddenly stormed to the back and even Sean stood up quickly, knowing exactly who she was going for.

"What the hell is your problem?" Emma yelled at Jay while he was joking around with Spinner and she shoved his feet off the desk to sit up and look at her.

His mouth dropped until glaring up and seeing it was her, a dark twinkle in his eyes now and stood up, "Bad break up Greenpeace?" he taunted, staring her directly in the eyes.

"Bad hearing Jay?" She mocked back, pointing where Peter went, "Only reason it happened was because of you! Nice try though. Do you have to be jealous of every relationship you see because you can't ever last in one?"

Some of the class cheered and watched some more.

"One, that's my choice." winked Jay.

Some girls around giggled and Emma fumed, glaring at some of those STUPID girls.

"Secondly, i didn't 'try', I succeeded." he reminded her, nodding at the door Peter fled out of, "My work here is done."

"Alright, lets get to work." said the teacher, annoyed with the drama, "Now!" but they ignored.

Emma was almost shaking by how angry she was, the attitude Jay had just ate up at her, and that DAMN smirk- she wanted to slap it off his face.

"Karmas a bitch, Jay." she warned him.

He raised an eyebrow up, amused she had just cursed and even gave her a small thumbs up, "You're really lookin tough, GP." he leaned in closer to whisper near her ear, "Im shakin in my boots."

Jay's mouth fell when Emma had ACTUALLY shoved him, with all her might, which wasn't too much but pretty good for just a girl who was angry! He was just shocked she did it...she usually never lost control and he smirked, loving the fact he was the one who could make her snap.

"EM!" Manny yells, Emma thought it was her who grabbed her back but it wasn't…it was Sean. Sean freakin Cameron.

"CLASS!" the teacher yelled and muttered, "I'm getting the principle" and he ran out.

Amy came around Jay and wrapped arms around him "Get lost cause girl" she taunts Emma.

Sean rolled his eyes still holding Emma's arm from doing anything when she struggled a little, probably to go slap Amy. "that's getting old Amy" he told her and the girl glared at him but was a bit confused..

Why was Sean on Emma's side now?

"What's going on here?" Snake rushed in with the teacher and saw his own daughter in the middle of what looked like a fight...he noticed Sean too, which confused him as well noticing he may of been on Emma's side..and then Jay and Emma were the one in the fight as they glared daggers at another.

"Nothing" Sean said and caught Jay's eyes who didn't know what was going on, was Sean on his side or not. Sean lift an encouraging eyebrow to Jay "nothing" he tells Jay.

Jay then nods with his 'friend' and looks to Snake. "Yeah. It's nothing" he looked back at Emma "a big fat nothing" he taunts.

Amy sat down and began macking on Jay's neck when he did too, eyes still solidly on Emma, so Emma rolled her eyes in disgust and turned, going back to Manny in her seat.

Snake blinked, but nodding, and decided to take over that class just for today.

Emma was still madly sitting in her seat, wishing she was smart enough to plan something evil to make Jay Hogart pay..
