Gibbs was walking to the coffee shop for a cup on his way home when through the sounds of the street and the chattering of people he heard the sound of skin hitting skin and the soft whimpering of a child. Quickly turning around he located the source of the sound, a small alley barley noticeable. "Federal agent" he yelled turning into the alley to see a grown man about 30 beating a waif of a girl mabey 14. the man let go of her and spun to meet Gibbs head on. "this isn't your business grandpa". "your under arrest for assult and battery"anwserd Gibbs angrily cursing himself for not having his gun. The man launched himself at Gibbs with no warningand he barley had enough time to doge out of the way they exchanged blows for what seemed forever until finally Gibbs knocked himout with a blow to the head. He quickly cuffed him to a pipe and called the local police department to take him in for assaulting a federal agent. Then he picked up the girl trying not to hurt her and gently laid her in his back seat. sliding into the drivers seat he sped off twords the hospital.

Gibbs watched as they laid the newly bandaged girl on the hospital bed one of the doctors came up to him. "you brought her in?" he asked looking over Gibbs "yes" he anwserd. Fixing him with his steely blue gaze. "is she going to be ok?" he asked. "probably but we need to run a few more tests" he looked at gibbs "your hurt!" Gibbs looked at him"I'll be fine" he said "yes you will" said the doctor "come with me into the exam room" Gibbs sighed and followed the doctor to a room two door's down from the girls hospital was a normal check up room and the doctor had gibbs take off his shirt. Gibbs wiced as the Doctor dapped at a deep cut on his chest "I'm doctor brown, what's your name?" he asked."Gibbs" he anwserd. "well then Gibbs your all set" said Dr. Brown. Gibbs nodded and buttoned his shirt up. He left the exam room and walked into the girls hospital room sitting down he took a long sip of coffee
